you prob'ly know 'em all :)

before you ask (again...) the drawers are called stack overlays, and you get that version of the dock on the bottom of the screen by typing this in a terminal:

It's a little bit difficult to see, because of the dark background, but it's a Leopard Dock and the Finder icon is actually not black, but glass
 
I mainly use Spotlight or Quicksilver.. so I only keep essential apps in my dock.

Thanks to 10.5.2, I put the program suites I use most often in their own folders on the right side of the dock. I left the Adobe stack open because I was wondering if anyone knows how to get rid of the fugly alias arrows?
