you prob'ly know 'em all

before you ask (again...) the drawers are called stack overlays, and you get that version of the dock on the bottom of the screen by typing this in a terminal:

defaults write com.apple.dock no-glass -boolean YES; killall Dock

where or how do i get the apps stack

every time i put a normal folder there it just opens up a big window

Thanks to 10.5.2, I put the program suites I use most often in their own folders on the right side of the dock. I left the Adobe stack open because I was wondering if anyone knows how to get rid of the fugly alias arrows?
