Use Img2Icns http://www.img2icnsapp.com/ and then it is quite intuitive... (I have the paid version, but the free one I think does most of the features that you want!!)

I have uploaded the icon files to Rapidshare http://rapidshare.com/files/203938744/Icons.sitx.html

So you will have to download and un-stuff them first!!

I attatch some screenshots of the steps!!!
Hope that this was helpful...

Jack

Hey, y'all, little help here, please...I was in Candy Bar, and I changed my dock. I didn't like it had become, so I chose to restore dock. However, it didn't restore to the one I had. Now, I can't seem to get back the one I had. I'm attaching a grab, and hopefully someone can help me get back to it. To keep this on topic, here's my dock that I want to return to...

Here's a direct link to the download for that dock.

Or if you're leery about clicking direct links you can go to "www.leoparddocks.net" and search for "3D Border" that is the title of the dock. It's my favorite and the one I've used since Leopard first came out! :D

On a separate note, does anyone else think the Parallels 4.0 icon is FUGLY? Seriously, an Alu iMac with two red bars...

Hey, thanks. After searching through my Applications folder to try to remember what it was that made my dock look like that I noticed that I had something called "Super Docker" that switched it right back. Thanks for the quick reply!

EDIT: And here's a pic of it finally restored with a few new icons. I'm still getting adjusted to the FF icon; I'm looking for a less boring Finder, and I'd like something cool for Address Book.

Finder, TM, Mail, iTunes, iCal, Address Book, Safari, Adium, NNW, Bean, FF, App Zapper, Xee, Scripts, Downloads, Trash.
