WOW....I had no idea this thread was still alive! I got tired of it and eventually unsuscribed to it.

Anyway, here's my dock, nearly two years later. You can see my original one on the first post.

This is my dock. I keep it the same on both the iMac and Macbook so I don't get confused! :D

From left to right:
Finder, Firefox, iTunes, Quicktime, Word, Adium, Toast 8 Titanium, shortcut to Applications folder and the Trash!

Just the essential stuff for me.

I have two. One of them is situated in the middle of my desktop and this is the one that contains many of my most used apps

How do you make those ones in the center of the screen like what're on the macs in Apple stores and on your mac?

By the way, I have a question for everyone that has System Prefs in their dock.....

Is it really necessary to have it in there? Whenever I need to use it, I just go up into the Apple Menu....it's much more convenient and takes up less dock space.

Just wondering that.

I took mine out because i do not need it either. I do not think that it is neccessary. It might be because it is in at default and no one has removed it but have just added apps to the dock
