Smart Stack. You can’t add or remove things from the stack, so it’s not very smart after all.

You can creat your own stack by dragging any same-sized widget over another - the same way you would create a folder for app icons. Once the stack is built, long press on the stack allows you to edit the stack, remove a widget or reorder the widgets in the stack. You can add to it by adding a widget to your Home Screen and then dragging it to the stack.

This works with everything but Siri Suggestions. It won't stack.

Is anyone else triggered by this huge blank space where the app page dots are?

You could fit another row of apps there or spread the rows out to how it used to be.

This area is the most valuable space on the home screen as it is the easiest for your finger to reach. Guiding users to use one main home screen and the app library for everything else but taking such a big step backwards on the main home screen functionally and from a design point of view this cavern of space?? It does not make sense at all.

This, once you see it, you cannot unsee it. Perfect spot for an optional home screen search bar. One thing I really miss from android, home screen search widget!

The photos one looks nice bud you can’t chose what pictures are displayed and all it does it open the photos app. Which is what the photos icon does anyway.

I LOVE seeing pics I had forgotten about. Pics of my son when he was a baby. Pics of dates with my wife before we were married. Even old pics of friends from my old hometown. I can't say enough about it.

I foresee them adding to this widget to add options other than "For You".

The battery one would be cool if you could remove the battery icon from the status bar. But since you can’t it just shows information already on the screen.

Love that I can see that my Apple Watch battery is getting low or my headphones. Also like being able to see how far along my Apple Watch is when it's on the charger.

As someone else pointed out, you can.

Am I missing something how do you group your apps like App Drawer? Is it simply folders? Other than that your screen looks amazing thanks for sharing!
Uhhh... by using the shortcuts widget lol?

Anyway, here’s my 12.9” iPad Pro. First page is all apps I use daily/often. Second page is the rest of my apps organized in folders by app type. Dock is just a few useful first party apps as I don’t like the look of a long dock crammed with 50 apps.

Oh, and my first page is color coordinated by column. First column is blue, second is red, third is green, fourth is white, fifth half yellow/half orange, and the sixth is black. Wallpaper is the default Big Sur wallpaper and all my widgets are stock except for the Apollo r/jokes widget so I can get a laugh once in a while.

What Tier of services within CARROT Weather are you subscribed to?

Data refresh is tied to both of those.
