I use a file called Translucent_Base.png (see attachment) in the UIImages folder (which goes under main theme folder).
EDIT: lol. its transparent, hence it doesnt look like it did, but u gotta have faith
, just right click the area below where it says "Attached images" and save Attachments

I would, but I don't have it. I've been trying off and on to get some help from the creator of the theme, but so far no luck.

This may be a really dumb question but I like a bunch of these themes and want to load it on my phone but how do I go about doing it? I already have it jailbroken and am running 4.3.3

Nah, regardless of what a few others will say, that's not a dumb question at all. It seems daunting, but once you've done it a couple of times (or a couple of thousand...lol), it becomes like second nature.
Here's a quick explanation of what you'll need both on your phone and on your Mac/PC. This covers the basics and Google is your friend when it comes to modding. Search terms like "adding themes to a jailbroken iPhone" or something like that. You'll find LOTS of great tutorials.

Pretty sure that's from the tenth post in the Docks thread linked in the first post of this thread. Lots of good docks in that one, just downloaded one today from there myself!
(Edited to add: DAMN. I can't find where to change the color of the second hand, suspect it's in that mess of javascript. If anyone has access to post on MacThemes--they're still not taking registrations--I'd appreciate if someone asked where in the code to alter this one. Or if someone here has an answer, please share it!)

The last color is for the seconds hand!
