Big day for ya! This is a pretty good book, if you can get past Sagmeister's weird and wacky designs. I haven't read too much of mine lately cause I got sick of seeing his man parts. One of these days I'll pull it off the shelf and read some more. I also hope you got a good deal on it. When I got it I had a hard time finding a copy under $150 USD. I got lucky at the time and found it for $45 shipped from the U.K. Looks like it's $300 on Amazon now, for a "like new" copy! There is also a used copy for $862.

I managed to get it for $52 about a month ago and it finally arrived and is in really good shape. Is there any reason it went out of print? It says on amazon the paperback was published in 2001.
I seriously hope for your sake that they're not renewed at WWDC, unless you're able to return it.

Mine had minor damage to the top corner, like it had been dropped. The front cover was also coming unglued. I glued part of the front cover back to the rest of the book. Other than that it was in decent shape. Is yours hard to remove from the red plastic sleeve? I have the hardest time getting it out! I'm not sure why it went out of print though. It's a nice book. My only guess is because Sagmeister came out with his new book? Glad to hear you are enjoying it.

They've been long overdue for a refresh but it's been so long that I really dont care if they're refreshed at WWDC or not...They're coming up on doubling their normal product life cycle of 230 days...so I said what the hell, it's still a gorgeous display

What a great place. I'm paying the same or more for a dumpy place in Colorado, USA.
If I could make one improvement, it would be to paint the kitchen wall (the one with the pans hanging from it) a nice color. Dark green or a navy/grey-ish blue. It will do wonders, trust me.Not really a purchase as such but a rental

Well we have decided just to paint the wall with a fresh coat of white paint. It's really just because the boiler is white and on that wall, we can't paint the boiler so it would look strange with a random white box in the corner.
