Only in America. :) It's weird of me to think that bacon covered in chocolate actually sounds kind of good... Well... maybe for one piece. Then I'd be too busy having a heart attack to enjoy any more.

There's nothing unusual about serving dark meat with a chocolate sauce.

I just checked and they don't have them ATM :( I wish I could find them They'd look so nice with my C2D white iMac.

wow i just ordered them last week at $109, they sound amazing. I also got them at audioinsider. I heard that they might be discontinued and no one else was carrying them so i got them. They look so damn sexy, even with the aluminum imac.

A couple of books I had to buy for school. Designing Brand Identity for my Brand Identity class, and Greek Art for my Greek and Roman Art History class.

I'll be buying History of Roman Art (for the art history class) and Fundamentals of Illustration (for my Illustration Concepts class) in the next couple of days most likely, after I get my paycheck from work and drop it off at the bank.

Oh, and sorry for the crappy picture. This iPhone is getting worse and worse at taking photos. Stupid crappy lens on the thing.

Bought myself a Sony MZ-E620 MD Player at Cash Converters for $33.

It’s a Japanese model-and was suprised at that fact when I saw it.

Despite it being a Japan model, the remote has a English display and no charging stand was included probably because of Australia using 230v vs Japan’s 100v-which is fine by me

Hah - Sony MD players are, in my opinion, simply the best portable audio devices you can get. I have two: an old NetMD 710 and a newer RH1. Minidisc is still fairly popular in Japan, but it is waning from what I've heard (just a few weeks ago, actually).

I didnt really like them because moving songs to those md's is really slow and you have a small limit to them, yes you can earase songs from it but still.
i have a sony netmd somthing somthing in gold lol.

Apparently. We're discussing Xavier's preference for eyesight robbing apparel.

The bright shirts take the attention away from his face. SNAP!

On the other hand, lots of people may think our clothing is dull and conventional, and lets face it, they're probably right. Even the people who TRY to look cool and "in style" are dressed rather boringly, never straying too far from the line. That describes most of us. "Hipsters" are the worst offenders, in a way.

But those shoes.......wow. Can people who suffer from epilepsy suffer from seizures when staring at a still image?

It's amazing what such a small device can do these days. It will replace my mbp for when I'm out an about.

So far I've upgraded the ram and next on the list a 250gb hdd which should be here tomorrow.

There are some more pics on my gallery as well as the pics of my taking it apart.

Which one?

Anyway, congratulations. That's supposed to be a damn fine laptop. One of the best netbooks, if not THE best netbook (that isn't over $1000 and made by Lenovo or Fujitsu). I probably would have waited for the Dell model to appear before buying one, but what you have is still great.

How large are the Aspire One models, and are any of the parts you replaced considered "user replaceable" parts? How much RAM do you have now?Why the Aspire One over the EeePC 9xx?
