i finally got around to ordering the CDs!
i would have bought them a long time from iTunes, but i knew that there would be a CD somewhere on the internet. It was only a couple more bucks for the CDs, and its always more fun having a physical product.

A Grande Mocha Frappuccino. The first time I've tried one, and oh-my-god! I can see it being a daily treat. Perhaps with an extra shot or two of expresso.

I enjoy seeing different folks reply, so I extend this question to you: What liquid do you prefer to put the protein powder into?

I've tried the Soy Milk approach but I find it a bit heavy.

I always use milk (in my case 2% as that's what I've grown up on). It adds around another 10g of protein. Now others like to use water as it allows the protein to get to work in your body quicker but I find milk works just fine.

Not to mention mixing it with milk makes it more tolerable as opposed to using water.
