How do you like it im thinking about replacing my linksys with a airport extreme for the printer and hard drive options.

So far good, I only use it in bridged mode as my router does all the main stuff, the timed mac address filtering is useful.

And even though I don't yet have any N wireless devices (will be getting the next iMac release), 54g file transfers seem a bit quicker between macs, signal strength is definitely better too.

Bye

Logitech Harmony 880

Logitech Harmony 880 universal remote. Amazon has them refurbished for $80, figured it's worth a short. Looks like it's the best one I could get without spending an obscene amount of money on a remote. I'm just sick of having so many of these stupid things...looking forward to being able to do it all with just one! I read it will also work with my Apple TV :)

Didn't win the eBay auction on the first gen one, and it went up to £200! So, once I transfer some cash into my account I will by going to the Carphone Warehouse and walking out with one of these:

Just picked an SB-400 Speedlight from amazon. Needed something very portable, although I have been going back and forth between it and the 600 for a while. Hope the 400 will be enough for my needs. Here's what my d40 will look like.

I was thinking about the same flash! I have wanted a flash for ages now, and yet I haven't purchased one because I never decided between it and the SB-600. I could trigger the SB-600 wirelessly using my D300's built-in flash. I find that I need a flash fairly often, but I also believe that if I had a larger flash, people I know would be really self-conscious and take really awkward looking photos. It's also bigger, so I wouldn't bring it around with me so often.

Oh yes, so do I! I recommend Diptyque products or Agaria (San Fancisco). Voluspa is also good.

Awesome recommendations.

Right now, I'm using less expensive ones....a $20 lavender/cedar wood reed diffuser and a plug-in scent from Bath & Body Works. I also use a $4 Glade candle on occasion. They layer pretty well.

I'll definitely invest in the more expensive ones when I get my own place. Right now, everyone who comes in my dorm compliments it as one of the best smelling rooms they've ever been in on campus, lol.

THAT IS EXACTLY, what went through my mind when deciding on the flash to buy. I do a lot of off the cuff photos during low key speeches and presentations, not to mention events at my school, and it kind of freaks people out that I have my DSLR to begin with (pharmacy student who shouldn't have any hobbies). I settled on it mainly because I didn't want to be obtrusive - and I am in no way a professional photographer. The size, portability and generally positive reviews about this flash just made me go for it. If I find it underpowered I'd just sell and move up the chain.
