I don't know about you, but usually when I buy other notebooks they're tidy and clean as well.LOL Yes!
I like them, they're tidy and clean. Not the best paper I've ever written on.

Wow, once again not a purchase but a nice few bills.
got a 300$ ticket in Portland today for a cop hearing my subwoofers over "2 blocks" away.
but on the bright side, the subs BUMP. 3 clarion 15" each with their own 1000watt amp. So more like 45" pushed by 3,000 watts! bahaaahahaaaaa
i like to stand out
Apparently...
I have 2 12" MTX Thunder 5500, but I like a nice balance in my audio, not a mess of bass.
i dont like being overwhelmed with bass either some days i just have the urge to bump really hard. And work my way to going deaf by the age of 30!
Could someone explain what is so great about Moleskines? I've read some reviews and while the covers are great, it seem they skimp on the quality of the actual paper. I'm always on the lookout for a good journal/notebook and have looked at Moleskines a couple times but couldn't spend that much on paper.
So in other words, overpriced, loved by some and hated by most?
Very well, I like it alot better then every sidekick I've had.and how is that treating you?
Just curious, how much do those run, on average? I assume they lean towards the expensive side. Two years of crane hunting have officially ended; I now own a 1:400 model of every Lufthansa aircraft from the last ten years. I ordered it from the UK and saved money due to the current exchange rate. So now that the Brits have exploited the US dollar for so long, I'll take my turn and take advantage of that weak pound. Go figure.
It really depends on the manufacturer and scale. My collection is almost completely 1:400 and I stick to Phoenix, Herpa, and Gemini Jets since their models are completely metal. The retail prices tend to average around $30 a piece and a lot of small hobby shops will jack up the prices even higher. However, there are some good retailers online with very good prices that are usually quite a bit lower than the retail prices. An example would be jetwaymodels.com. I also use the database section at wings900 as users make catalogues of their collections and there's a subset of said catalogue containing everything that they have for sale. So you just run a search in the model database for the one that you're looking for and it tells you if anyone's selling it; someone usually is.Just curious, how much do those run, on average? I wouldn't mind starting a collection but am afraid my girlfriend would kill me if I created an airfield in my bedroom.
I'm on a Mac.

not my pic
I'm afraid it's not actually anywhere near as simple as that. You have to consider the efficiency of 15" in comparison to a 45" & also that power/volume is not a linear relationship, but rather logarithmic. But nonetheless, that's quite a lot of bassSo more like 45" pushed by 3,000 watts! bahaaahahaaaaa
How much weight can the big one hold? I mean, do you plan on using it with a fairly large SLR, or an SLR with a decent sized lens?
