A Canada Goose Chilliwack jacket. Mmm. Warm. I already have a black down coat, and so I was hoping to get a green or grey version, but I was a bit late getting one, so only black was left. Oh well.
New microphones:
3x Beta 57
Two Beta 87A's
A pair of Sennheiser e609's to replace my aging MD409's
And a pair of AKG C 451 EB's with CK 3 capsules

They're so small.
very nice jacket.
where did you get it and how much did it run you?
Wow i haven't seen canada Goose in a while!
I wanted one, they sold them at the store i work at before i started.
US$33 on Amazon right now.But the Koss Porta Pros are hands down the best portable headphones you can own! I'd rather have those than a pair of earbuds, but I haven't managed to find a pair!
It ran me $485 CAD, $550 after tax. Pricey. But worth it. So warm, and it looks great!

Thanks!
A couple places in Toronto have decent stock of them. Over The Rainbow in Yorkville ran out one weekend so I couldn't manage to get one there, so I ended having to go to Due West down by Queen St. W. and Spadina, where they still had black in stock in my size (Small; normally I'm actually a medium or large but these things are big). Unfortunately they had no green or grey left.

Neither had I, but they very suddenly became a fashion fad around here leading up to the holiday season. I didn't notice very many people wearing them last year or the year before. This year they're everywhere. Weird.
Freebie:
Friday, Apple replaced my MBP 2.4 Santa Rosa with the new 2.53 after lengthy push and shove and about six weeks of me not having my Mac. The size difference is negligible, a millimeter here and there smaller but a few grams heavier. I kinda feel like the guy who gets upgraded to first class on his next flight after his luggage is lost. The old one had my more preferred familiar matte screen, for I fear change and obviously having shiny iPods and phones and so on wasn't enough to convince me to move to a shiny screen last time.
I absolutely love my new MBP. Thanks, Applecare!
