Yea, accounting books tend to cost a fortune. My financial accounting book was somewhere in the mid $200's last semester. :\

I found that one for $151 on Amazon. At my campus bookstore, they wanted over $180.

I wonder how many thousands of dollars I've spent on textbooks??

Around the same price here, was approx. $200 this semester. Saved myself $120 by only going with the eText version, which actually makes note taking much easier, reading only slightly less pleasurable (it's accounting after all).

ive been looking at that laptop bag as a cheap alternative to what i have. i need something for my 17" and all my bags dont fit.

how do you like it?

I have been using the belkin backpack at school since spring last yr. havent had any problems so far! only thing is you cant carry more than your computer, textbook + a notebook, otherwise its difficult to close.

I think it's good, the material is ok, the backpack is very slim. But i'm not sure if a 17" will fit into it or not. I'm going to use it with my MBP 15.4"

ohh, let me know how that works out if you wouldnt mind? I've heard mixed reviews about using these rubbers to clean macbooks.

It should be here tomorrow and I plan on posting a thread with pics for all UK owners (providing it's a success!) :)

It's actually a block of foam like material so it's not a rubber. I've done plenty of research and decided to just go for it. The only snag is, JML don't stock it anymore so if anyone plans on getting one, I suggest you scope out eBay pretty soon.

Honestly the on tour version are not worth 150$ as in apple stores. but i'd say they sound good for 98$ and i had a 25$ gift card so that knocked it down to around 78 shipped. They sound good wish there was a little more bass though.

Just won these brand new Danner Acadia Boots (for Army) on eBay for $76. They retail for $275.
