some of you business folks may know today was the last day of the fiscal year, so all Open Box stuff has to go, including this almost brand new apple display. i cant say how much i paid because i work at futureshop and got a very good deal. But when i got home and started to set it up i noticed i had no video, did some research and its a dud. thats why it got returned but the customer didnt mention this. So i plan on going to apple tomorrow and they will most likely REPLACE it!!!
This i technically didnt pay for but i get a copy. we raised money for it through sponsorships and advertising that would be placed on the 30 minute grad video, that we are using final cut to edit. ive been playin with it all day and wow, its some intense program. but i have got most of final cut down and the basics of motion thanks to a old friend.
last week in my multimedia class when i took my laptop out i just dingged it on my desk and put a small dent in the Aluminium so i put my MBP back in my bag and went to apple.ca and ordered one of these, but in clear. i ordered it during class btw haha.
and one of these to make some more desk space

It's only a dental flossing replacement... so yes! i use it twice a day.
