Seriously, Katy Perry's single is crap. It's beneath her to save the very least. I think the people who like it and dislike it will be very divided and it comes down to taste. I hope her upcoming album is much better and doesn't sell out to the ******** bubblegum uninspired crap we hear today.

Well not exactly a purchase (It was a free donation) but it cost me the fuel to go get it (justifying my 'purchase') - Powermac G4 Dual 500 gigabit + CRT Apple Studio Display 17" :)

She is called 'Ducky' inline with the rest of my 'cute' animal names network scheme...

am very pleased with it indeed :)

^ that is scary. A dummy book on how to help people.
LOL! Hey, at least I didn't buy the "Brain Surgery For Dummies" book.:D

But seriously, it's just Psychology in laymen's terms. It's not actually a book for stupid ppl. Think of it as a cliff notes book for psychology.

I LOVE the dummies series!

People at work make fun of me all the time because they see the calculus, physics, etc for dummies books all over my shelf next to my massive data structure, programming, and 3D math tomes. I always hear "You have these books, then the dummies series. Are you stupid or something?"

People just don't get it lol. The dummies series is the fastest way to learn something without drowning in the crap. Read through the dummies series, then read the big books. Its a perfect way to learn anything for me.

I also like how the dummies series gives backgrounds and histories of how things work instead of just throwing it at you.
