The high school I work at just recently made a purchase...

Apple decided that since we were buying so many iMacs, they might as well give us the iPads and accessories for free. Well, technically 6 iPads and accessories cost $0.26 ($0.26 more than the original quote we received without the iPads).

And as far as personal purchases, I just pulled the trigger on this this morning.

Got a free make your own timbuk2 bag code from an aunt. Going to make myself a timbuk2 swig in small - but don't know what colors to use!! Going for some form of blue gray or black.

Great looking bag, AND will hold my macbook pro.

I personally like the first one with the blue-ish green color best although they're all very nice looking bags, but that's just me.

Advice to UK peeps looking for an iPad- check Currys/PC World for stock and reserve online.

Definitely. My wife got her 32GB Wi-Fi one from PC World. We reserved it online first too, what got me though was that it was the first time I've been in to PC World and the staff weren't dribbling morons!

Managed to find a shop nearby that had some in stock!

3G 64GB. It normally takes under an hour to drive to my local Apple Store and this took just over an hour so it was well worth it.

Thanks for the advice :)

Man

Sometimes I wish I went for the D90, but I wanted to be cool and get a D200. That thing is a behemouth.

I really really miss the D40. It was so small and toteable. But I really shouldn't go back! My canon S90 does everything and then some. That D90 + 18-105VR kit is solid though! Congrats Schneiderman!

Thank you :)

I'm going to try them out...

I have both. I can't seem to ever remember to send my stuff back.

I've had Tom Clancy's Endwar here for about 2 weeks now and I hated it as soon as I put it in the Xbox.

As for Netflix, I just get the movies sent to my Parents' house and I use the streaming myself and download movies.

I know. Normally I wouldn't go anywhere near the purple shirts brigade but had no worries on this score, thankfully.

Good luck to those shopping for one. Loving mine to death so far :D

I'm on 2 reservation lists at 2 different Apple stores and I just happened to walk by the cell phone case today at my local WalMart, it was the last one left..
