For my sister's new Blackberry.

9,23 CAD including shipping, and a SD card reader. Quite nice.

And on another note... This is my 500th post :D Finally, an avatar!

This. Came with 2 lenses and a strap. Want to get a feel of a camera with all the buttons before I get a real nice one.:cool:

My dad has a Canon AE-1 with a few lenses lying around in a closet somewhere. I think I might take it off his hands. Cost him a fortune back when he was a student. :)

I'm no good at taking quality pictures, last purchase was the luxa2 stand for my iPhone and iPad. I really like these stands.

This is an awesome camera! Have fun with it! I had the same one for a while but decided to gift it away to a good friend. Enjoy it!
Thanks! I'm really excited to use it. Just need to get a book on photography and some rolls of film.

I'm still a physical disc guy. Good album, IMO, too.

This is a solid investment. Two years ago, I wanted to get into photography but couldn't afford a DSLR and bought this camera. I forced myself to go analog, learned by doing, and in the end never switched to digital.
I've sinced passed on the AE-1 to a friend who's just starting to learn.

That is great. Exactly what I wanted. Thanks
Thanks to this post, now im thinking of purchasing one..
Mind telling me how much you paid?

Not at all. Saw it for $120 at a thrift store. I was thinking about it and asked if that was right and most of the store was 50% off today. So it was only $60. So I got it :D. And I checked ebay and $60 seems a fair price. Sometimes less.

Just arrived :D Already took like 60 shots within 10 minutes! AF is so fast, and burst is awesome! Certainly fills my DSLR void since consolidating gear!

Now got to wait for my 14-45mm..I might be postponing a SF day trip just to wait for it to come in.

I have this same camera, with several lenses. It was my first real camera as well, and it's a blast when I want to shoot black and white film. I don't shoot much film any more...I really miss having my own darkroom :(
