This completes the Espresso Center. I can now go from seen bean to cup at home.

This completes the coffee insanity.

It's a Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster.

Finally I found a deal, that wasn't insane, on the puck mouse! The keyboard is just a bonus although I really don't need it.

Considering how hated the puck mouse was, I'm surprised that they're selling for a premium.

Me too! I was expecting a few dollars a pop at most but over here it often goes for $15 and more. Now I got one for basically nothing, which made it even more exciting. :)

Got sick of waiting for new iMacs and decided to upgrade this instead. I actually did a shoot with the t2i for a family friend the other day and she completely loved the results and recommended me to several friends, so i thought this was more important than a new iMac right now anyway.

UPDATE: At the last minute i decided to go Mark ll with 50mm f/1.2 instead. Ordered two extra batteries and a battery grip as well.

I just got an iMac G5. 1.8ghz, 160gb, 512mb, new wired keyboard, wired mighty mouse, and wireless mighty mouse. I thought it was a steal- it was only $100.

Not sure that's going to be a good alternative to the headphone jack. It says it's a "line out" jack. Low volume possibly no volume control with it. Unless you have headphones with a built in amp and volume control. Let us know how it turns out anyway.

Hi again, well - now I have recieved it and... it was the opposite. The volume is on max all the time and is not responding to my volume settings - so in terms of having it to my headphones it's not going to work since I don't have volume control on my headphone cord. But I have another use for my ipod which is listening with friends on hot summer days, with one of these:

...and in this case it works perfectly! :)

Nice...well I was 50% right. No volume control, but I guess max volume is better than low volume.

I wonder if you can change the volume under the "volume limit". In the iPhone settings there is a volume limit under the "music" settings.

I turn that to about 90% since so I don't go too loud and it does sound a little off at max volume.

Still a good decision, the mkIII is nice but some silly deals on mkII's now, you'll love it ;) good choice.

Well, technically i didn't change my mind. They had the Mark lll on Amazon for $2000, and i thought, "This has to be a mistake" but i wasn't going to risk letting that slip by. I ordered, then a few hours later i got an email saying the order was canceled. I figured if i paid the $3500 for the camera, i wouldn't really have enough left over for a new lens, the battery grip, extra batteries, etc so i decided the Mark ll was fine. I ended up grabbing the Mark ll, a battery grip, extra batteries, some lighting equipment, new SD cards, etc instead of the Mark lll. I mostly wanted to go Mark lll because i heard it had really improved/faster AF, but oh well. I'll eventually sell the 550d and rock the Mark ll/Mark lll combo instead of the Mark ll/550d. :)
