Dell Precision 450 for my Mum. She is currently using a circa 2007 horrific and dying celeron Fujitsu Siemens laptop that runs Vista so badly, you have to use the classic theme as to not harm performance
As much as I would like her to go Mac, she wasn't too happy with my iMac G4 due to its speed - and the games she enjoys playing require a Mac with an Intel processor. For a penny less than £30, this was a bargain and a much more affordable/upgradeable solution as it is a server class machine with dual CPU sockets. I'm going to surprise her with a brand new computer setup when she gets home from work one day next week
