My 10 year old receiver crackled , hissed and bit the dust the other day so I had to get a new one. Airplay too !

Very nice. They make one of the finest receivers on the market.

I saw that deal on Amazon and I've been wanting to upgrade my receiver I used for my XBOX and computer but couldn't get myself to pull the trigger.

Great purchase though! I only use Yamaha's!

e34 Euro Smiley's? Those had the most effective high-beams on any car I've ever had. Pull the stalk and it's daylight. Absolutely loved em. Congrats on the 'replacement'. :)

E30 as seen here

But yes, with Hids (due to using a projector lens) and my high beams on at the same time, it's great. However I think the newer bimmers output more light.

Far away from liberals
I finally received my Schiit Modi DAC today. It's really nice listening to my 18,000+ iTunes collection without the hassle of changing CD's all the time. The sound quality is surprising good :)

Crucial CT102464BF1339 8 GB SO-DIMM RAM modules (≈ 107 US$), for my Early-2011 17" MBP. They support 1.35 V and 1.5 V and many commentators said (on newegg, amazon, et cetera), they are Mac-compatible. The Crucial website does NOT show you this RAM as compatible RAM, if you select Apple as the manufacturer and the Early-2011 MBP 2.2 GHz 17" as your Mac. Crucial/Micron manufactures the semiconductors. That is probably the reason, why they are ≈ 45 US$ cheaper than comparable Kingston RAM: 2 x KTA-MB1333/8G (≈ 152 US$).

Was confused about this product vs. CT3327341. Speaking with Crucial sales over the phone, I got confirmation that this product and the CT3327341 (for Macs) are the EXACT same thing. She mentioned that they have different part numbers for tracking purposes. So, if you purchase the CT3327341, it lets Crucial know that they sold the CT102464BF1339 to a MacBook Pro user.
