Snow tires for my car, have Pilot Super Sports and it is getting a little cold here.

Bough some new tires for winter.

Good choice on the blizzies. My Pilot Super Sports were completely useless in the snow we had last week.

I use the Firestone Winterforce tire with steel studs in them with my truck. They work great in the snow and ice. There isn't much of anything that keeps me from getting anywhere. Plus I like that my rear axle is limited slip so that both rear wheels drive and not just one. So I have a real 3-wheel drive truck.

Some linesman gear. Recently completed the linesman's course and have now lined about 5 games. Been borrowing a jersey and using black track pants.

Combo from Ref Gear USA, which includes a decent metal Fox40 whistle, unlike my current Fox40 plastic one.

Just need a black helmet and new shield as my normal white one is no good for officiating :)

Not super exciting...but functional.

Anker® 2nd Gen Astro 6000mAh Portable Charger Rapid-Recharge (2A Output). It's supposed to give three full iPhone charges.

Second photo (neither are mine) is to show how compact it is...and quite inexpensive!

Great tires I have them too, getting them installed tomorrow.

Great choice on choosing Anker. That is my go to battery pack company. :) I got a sample for review...

Girlfriend's computer is a bit slow. Every time I troubleshoot an issue, it drives me crazy; boot ups take forever, so does opening any program. It a 2010 13" MBP with 4GB of RAM and a 250GB 5400RPM HDD.

So I decided to do some upgrades despite her complains that it's fine. (It's not!)

Buffalo Tech 2x4GB DDR3 (8GB total)

250GB Samsung 840 EVO

Cloned old drive to new in about an hour with CCC (with my computer of course); upgraded the RAM and cleaned everything up; it was getting a bit nasty in there.

Now it's quite speedy, loads everything better than before, bringing new life to a good computer!

Just ordered this today...North Face is currently giving two-day shipping free, so I should get it Wednesday.

I know there is nothing magical in the fill number, but this one is 700 fill, a bit more than the usual 550-600...so it should be reasonably warm.

Thanks...:D

We...ah...senior citizens...er... older folks...ah...mature individuals of a certain age do get cold more easily than younger..less mature folks.

Well, that's the way it is! I'm actually starting to enjoy the colder weather these days over the hot summers. :(

Sure...sure...rub it in! :(

Very nice, youngster!

BTW: I liked your clothing purchases of the other day. The jackets look very sharp.

Probably only sell them to young guys!

Yeah, sorry about that. The guy said they don't sell to folks over the age of 67. :(:p

Nice, shame we can have such things over here (more of a glock G18 girl myself).

Is that an addition to a collection?

Yep! My 4th XD. ...kind of addicted ;). Bought a safe & posted to this thread a while back. (She's getting pretty full! haha)

And, in keeping with this thread, my 2 purchases made since the gun was purchased like an hr ago. My wallet hates me.
