this happened.
Grabbed some iced tea and Popeye candy sticks
How do you like it so far? Honestly, thats the first Accord that I actually want. I saw one with the Sport package or touring package, cant remember, and didnt know what it was until I got closer. Nice car!
so far i'm really liking it, but i feel like part of it is from the fact that my old car was really on its last legs and dying on me. but the accord is roomy, quiet and comfortable. it looks decently sporty for a super-mass produced sedan, and i got the six-speed manual and it shifts great. big thumbs up.
nice congrats my fiancé and I are looking for homes in the boston area. Found one we both agree on that wasn't crazy priced or more than we needed. They are like we need $90K for your deposit...... (20% or you have to pay some BS insurance that insures the loan company you can play your loan !!! WTF is up with that !!)
My head almost exploded. It's like in American or Colombian Pesos.... F that in Colombian pesos its still 45k !!!

If you get a conventional mortgage (and have good credit) most lenders will offer mortgages where the lender pays MI if you agree to a higher (usually about half a point) rate. Its a better deal long term to just eat the MI if you don't want to put down 20%. Once you hit 20% equity you can cancel the MI.
I underwrite mortgages for a living, the advice that UGA gave is pretty much right on. If you want to eliminate the MI, a lower loan to value ratio will go a long way.
Not just lower, it has to be an LTV of 80% or lower.
It's very well designed. What model did you get? Post some pics of it. And if you don't mind me asking, what was the cost?
To me it doesn't seem like it would even help. Thoughts?
Just ordered the Zaino Ultimate Kit. Looks like I am going to be Daniel-San by next weekend.

I can chime in about the Accord Sport. I bought mine in December 2013 and for the 2014 Accord Sport I paid $23K out the door before tax. I added some things after, like the underbody spoiler package and custom leather seats, which cost me another $3K, but the up front cost was pretty reasonable out the door. I think its a really great car for the price, it drives well, looks like a pricey sports car than it is, and if you dress it up a bit it really gets a lot of compliments when you're out. Highly recommend it after owning for 6 months!
Here is a pic of mine I posted in the car thread after I got the spoiler kit mod:

2008 HD Nightster.
Not the color I would have chosen, but it was a smoking deal with low miles - 2600.
I can get the fenders and tank painted.
Always wanted a Harley. Finally got one.
That is the attitude to take. You can absolutely take the savings and get it painted and still probably come out on top if the savings was that great.
I'm not against HD, just never really cared to own one myself. I'm constantly itching to get a new Triumph. I figured if worse comes to worse I can probably sell my lady eggs if I act fast and buy one with cash.
I do like the Nightster models though. I saw a matte black (everything was matte black) one the other day around town. It looked badass.
