New shoes

Just one more pair of converse added to my growing collection, I couldn't resist the Black Sabbath Never say die.

Also bought a Pure S3 for the kitchen to replace an old docking station.

I picked up an HTC One M8 and a dot view case.

not my pic. I stole this off google.

Me too. HTC One M8, not the case. As an iPhone user since the first iPhone I surprised even myself. I'm mostly testing VZW as AT&T service has gone downhill for us lately.

First impressions for me are not good, I think I need to give it some time. But so far I'm thinking I might return and wait for a larger iPhone. I do like the size:cool:.

I ordered a Stainless Steel Pannarello Wand for the Gaggia to replace the plastic one. There is nothing wrong with it, I just wanted the stainless steel one.

Android won't hold up against iOS either way, but the HTC One is a decent phone. I had too many issues with mine though.

Why do you say that when android has so much more to offer.

I guess if you look at lackluster performance at high specs and malware as a good thing, sure. Not to mention some of the longest charge times ever for a phone. I could charge my 4S twice in the time it took the M7 to charge. It drained just about as fast too. Throw in the two faulty Ones I got. Kinda hard to like anything about it.

Just ordered this hand made vintage leather dice game cup. I plan to use it for a pen and pencil cup.I thought it was kind of unusual and cool...

Very nice; I must say that I really like those kind of nice, well made, (preferably hand made) unusual pieces.

I recently bought two small, circular, hand-made beautifully carved walnut tables, and am now in the process of shipping them home…..

Very nice; good glassware enhances one's enjoyment of a drink - I am one of those who utterly detests drinking anything from a plastic or paper cup; good glassware for beer, wine, whiskey, cognac is an absolute must if one is to appreciate and savour the drink fully…..

Very inexpensive? How did that happen? :p

Yes, the same thought crossed my mind. Shrink and I seem to have the same mindset on such matters; expense seems to be something of a trifling irrelevance if the product is good enough, desired enough, and considered a necessary purchase….

Total accident! :p:

I believe it; or, rather, not necessarily an accident, merely an irrelevance…...

Nice phone, love the large screen. But you are correct, android so far has nothing to offer me, experience is just not smooth like iOS. Lots of little annoyances lead to a poor experience.

It's funny my favorite thing was the Photosphere in the camera, then it was released as an app for iOS today:D.

Will be anxiously awaiting a larger iPhone.
