I’m really taken with them, I think having watched the show beforehand means that my reading is at an even faster pace than normal

I hoped for the same with me being a huge fan of the show but I think maybe that's my problem, I all ready know what's happening largely because of the show. Obviously it's not word for word but maybe you know what I mean ha.

It gets further and further from word for word as you get deeper into the books; I mean what I’m reading now doesn’t seem to have happened in the show at all (I’m reading A Feast For Crows…)

I bought the first 3 books, struggling half way into the first book which is not like me at all.

I struggled with the first book and gave up on it. After watching a couple of episodes I got a better feel for it. I stopped watching the show before the end of the first season and I'm over halfway through the third book now.

My first FourSevens LED flashlight - Maelstrom Regen MMR-X 800 lumen flashlight. And it's also USB rechargeable. She's a beauty.

Very nice. I'm pretty much a flashlight geek myself. I just bought a Zebralight SC52 L2 to replace my "outdated" model on the left.

I was tmpeted to get that exact model actually, but I figured that rechargeability is more important to me with these weird overpowered batteries that are required.

2 of these wonderful CM1 S2's :) We originally wanted the 685, but the CM series is just so much more beautifully made.

Had a big accident Mountain biking, now fit enough to make repairs, put on spare bars and stem, thought all was ok then the Star Nut sheared off, of all the parts, a £2 - £5 part.

Funny, i made exactly the same move a few years a go.... tested the 685's and was about to purchase when the sales guy brought in the CM1's (not the S2) for me to test..... i bought them there and then.... Fantastic speakers. (Powered by a Rotel RA-06 Amp.)

Have fun!

I hear ya, but I'm hardcore and have over 100 18650's, 18350's 14500's, 16340"s. 10440 Li-ion batteries in stock as well as a few hobby chargers and 40+ high end flashlights. I'm fully aware that I'm a freak (as well as many other hardcore flashlight people out there) Just go on budgetlightforum or candlepowerforums, you'll see I'm not alone. I'm thinking you're one of us? Am I wrong?
