So officially gotta say RIP to my late 2008 15" MBP. 2/17/2009 - 10/09/2014. Dead logic board. She was a tough one and served me well. I've been using a tablet since then and my neck is killing me. I'm not sure how people are able to use their tablets all day long..

But I had to move on. Mid-2014 15" MBP 2.2GHz 256GB

It's unbelievably light, I just cannot believe how light and thin it is. I am updating it as we speak, so Yosemite here I come.

Yup I was too amazed at how light they are. I thought by purchasing a 15" rMBP that it would be too much to carry around, but I find it is the perfect size for me and have no problems with portability, despite people saying it is not.

I always have a difficult time tasting those extra flavors they always describe too. But as long as we enjoy the coffee that's what matters most.

I did the same, bought this x2. Funny how if things are cheap, we buy them even if we don't necessarily need them. But since it was 50%, bought two of them. Figure that someone I know will appreciate this as a Xmas gift.

For myself I just bought the LG34UM95. Got a great deal on a 2012 Mac Mini with 2.6 quad core and Fusion drive, but it's been sitting attached to my tv since I received it 3 weeks ago. Got it from Costco for the great return policy.
