Went to the store to make sure I had a light source in case the power goes out during the storm. Rounded out my every day carry. I keep this pack in my car. Mostly ponchos, towels, meds, bandaids, some tools, pens, and other miscellaneous items that I always find I need when I am on the go. Most of these items were from the dollar store or things I had around the house. Also bought some camp heat canisters just in case. You never know.

Got a little prepper in ya?

Picked up a Logitech Performance MX mouse today. Was using a Microsoft Arc Touch mouse but I was continually getting more and more annoyed by it. The Logitech is probably the best mouse I've ever used. It feels amazing in the hands, the scrolling is buttery smooth, and it's simply awesome! Highly recommended.

Excellent choice! That's the only mouse I use and have one for each of my computers.

People who are okay without using gestures in OS X are kind of luck that they can use this mouse. I want to use, but I can't live without gestures. Just not possible.

Love your 38C Merkur. Please purchase a stand now. I Purchased mine used it for a few months keeping it in the drawer. Slept late one dreary cold morning. The catch up was on Grabbed for it in the drawer and sliced my (space bar) thumb open. That evening I spent the 27 bucks for a hanger.

Enjoy and have fun!

Here's my setup: Merkur 38C, Edwin Jagger De89lbl, 30 Degree Stainless Steel Stand, etc, etc..

The new Osprey Quantum pack and Koncept Z-Bar finally arrived today. Sorry for the quality, still working on perfection with little editing.

This is a portafilter cradle made by HG-one, which makes coffee grinders. They make PF cradles for specific kinds of portafilters...E61, 48MM, and for the Londinium I espresso machine.

This is the Londinium ! portafilter cradle...

$20 a couple hours ago to file my federal tax return with Turbo Tax, but no one wants to see a picture of that.

Just bought a Pro Snap Case for my 5S... I love it without a case but I have a long history of breaking smartphones (hence the two month old case less 5S*).

40% discount from Incase & 15% cash back with BoA. Happy Valentine's Day to me? Doesn't hurt the wallet as badly as the retail price for the phone did...

Financially speaking, it's a good thing I don't have a girlfriend.

People still shave with those retro razors? :)
Well, they look nice, but i bet it takes time... I can shave in under 3 minutes with a supermarket BIC/Gillette and some canned gel. And i think it's cheaper if you don't use those overpriced fusion cartridges (here, mach3s are half the price and the older gillette blue 3s are dirt cheap).

Thanks! I'm really enjoying it! I can understand not having gesture support, I'm stuck with a Windows 8 laptop for now (saving for a newer Mac atm) so gestures aren't too terribly important. I'll probably get a Magic Trackpad once again for when I do get another Mac.

On the contrary, I'd say it doesn't take me any longer than it's taking you. Lathering up the face takes no more than 20 secs, and the blades are so sharp it's over and done before you know it. I do strongly agree with you about those awful cartridges though. Nast nasty things :D

Can these be ceiling mounted? Been looking for a solution for my bathroom for ages now, and I know JBL stuff punches way above its weight for sound quality.

It's not very heavy I am sure you could double sided sticky tape it to a ceiling. Best bet I think would be to put a hook in the wall and just hang it there, it has about a 5 hour life on it.

I've been on a 24 hour spending spree for things I've needed for months... now I'm replacing Xbox components that were likely stolen when I lived at college. Also signed up for Netflix, we'll see how long I keep it after I finish the second season of House of Cards.

A monitor, laptop stand, keyboard and external speakers have been on my wishlist for quite sometime and now it's done. Very happy with the purchase.

I just bought a 2014 Ford Fusion SE. This is just a stock photo, but it looks nearly identical and is the same color. I'll take a photo of it tomorrow when it's not dark outside or snowing!

I finally got around to taking some actual photos of the car so I don't have to use the stock photo anymore.
