This is the second reference to a rOtring 600 pen I've seen on MR, is it that special? Is it comfortable for large hands? I ask because I do appreciate a smooth pen but in reading some reviews on Amazon this pen now seems to be a repo of the original.

I bought this after seeing that first one posted because I liked the design. Going through school I liked pens and would try many different ones on the cheaper end. Yep, they are a reissue made in Japan, slight differences but pretty close. I guess it would depend how you hold it, it's thinner than an Apple Pencil 2 and slightly heavier at 23.7g.
In an effort to tidy all my tools so I can instantly get to them.

Lovely TV, I'm fancying an OLED too, either Sony or Panasonic.Replacing my 65" Sony OLED for a 77" Sony OLED in the living room (65" is going into the bedroom) 😎
I'm interested to see what the forthcoming Sony A95K QD-OLED is going to be like. Hard to know when to jump aboard with new TV's isn't it. Just as they reduce the price of the current range, they tempt you with their next generation TV's.
If you ever get a chance look at the LG C1 oleds. they were once expensive but since they are 2021 they dropped in price. It was replaced by the c2 but im not sure if they premium extra is worth over how good the c1 2021 is. The picture on it in person is pretty amazing. After seeing it in person it was clear why it was such a popular tv for so long. The samsung frame tv disappointed me the most out of any non oled tv. The TV itself was awesome but the picture was like a 300 dollar tv panel.
They have a couple of C1s setup at the entrance of my local Costco. Every time we go in, my 2-year old is mesmerized. I'm trying to talk my wife into it and I think she's beginning to wear down. It doesn't hurt that our Vizio OLED tv is a piece of garbage that angers her more often than not.
To be perfectly honest, the only difference I’ve noticed between my now 4 year old 65” vs my new 77” is the size. PQ is exceptional on both 👌

The new GEN GT500 will truly be a collectors car. (And the shade of red Ford used on the GT500 is a killer look.) I thought the GT350 was a car that wouldn’t be topped with the flat plane crank when it was its early years, and then Ford produced the GT500 in the S550 body style with its set-up, and I think it’s one of the best performance designs from any domestic car company ever produced, and it’s one of those cars you just can’t not look at. Not only that, but the value is skyrocketing on them. There’s one in ‘Grabber Lime’ at a dealership next to a gym I work out at, and I think the price tag is over ~$150,000 on it right now. That’s insane.
So my question for you is, do you think this is a car that you will ultimately keep forever or do you see yourself trading/selling in XYZ years? I think the current GT 500 owners that own what you have, probably realize now how valuable these cars really are.
Fun fact:
When I bought my supercharged SVT Cobra that you saw a picture of, was actually owned/custom fabricated by one of the Ford design engineers that worked on the new GT500 in sound acoustics. And just like Apple, when I asked him about the GT500, he was super secretive that he wouldn’t tell me anything, but you could tell by the smile on his face that the GT500 would be really special.

This would be my first British sports car, Jaguar XK-8 supercharged 4.0 V8 convertible. It’s also a collectible, so it does retain some ‘historic value’, even though British cars are known for not being the most reliable long-term.
The best part was, it actually includes the trailer pictured below, 70,000 miles, impeccably maintained, with some minor wear in the leather seats.
I’ll probably drive this around for the summer along with the other ‘Fun rides’, likely sell it at some point and keep the trailer to haul the other sports cars to the track. So it’s a win-win.

)I’m a freaking hypocrite. I swore the 11 Pro Max would be it. Though I needed 5G. Got the regular 13, hated it (Was hard to read and hurt my head) and my husband found a 13 Pro Max 256GB Graphite. It seems I can’t break the habit of wanting an iPhone and Android.
I know what you mean about problems concerning Britsh cars! As a Brit and one-time lover of sports cars I had my share. Austin Healey Sprite (my first - and quite reliable), Sunbeam Alpine (comfortable, pleasant drive but shocking paper-thin rust-prone bodywork), Triumph TR4 (rugged, always plagued by fuel-starvation), MGC (solid muscle car, engine frequently off-tune), Lotus Europa S1 (shocking build quality, R16 engine frequently troublesome), 1968 Lotus Europa S2 Twin Cam (a 'real' Lotus, a drivers delight, engine temperamental).
My most reliable was my last - Italian not British. A Series 2 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce 2000. Bodywork too was excellent under my ownership. The only sports car I truly regret selling (and still frequently dream of).
No way today would a contemplate ownership of an English sports car with perhaps one exception, a 1970 Marcos GT V6 version which although I never owned I had many months of driving this delightful drop-dead looking car.
