How are you liking the 980 and K70? I have these both on my PC upgrade wishlist.

I'm leaning towards the ACX 2.0 GTX 980 at the moment.

The reference GTX980 is very nice, build quality is phenomenal with the reference style NVIDIA cooler (aluminum). Very solid and hefty compared to the 3rd party coolers. I chose to go with reference for the blower design for when I want to add another for SLI, and also due to 970/980 coil whine issues. It seems like the reference style 970/980 is mostly problem free while the other cards seems to have many users complaining about varying degrees of coil whine.

The K70 was something I wanted to pick up in a long time, does take some getting used to with the Cherry Reds when coming from a Apple KB but I absolutely love the feel of the keys.

I might have to pick one up, they are on amazon for $16 bucks!

I have 3 of the 40 watt ones around the house in in my laptop bag. Just bought a 6 port 60 watt one. Anker gear is quality... I also have their car chargers and a couple of their cube bluetooth speakers. Decent stuff

...

Well, went a little overboard the past two days, but found out the comic artist whose art I purchased earlier this week is available for commissions so I jumped for a two character piece in color. Lead character from the series I am enjoying immensely along with a mythological figure who is just awesome (and part of the series too.) I've got about a 3 month wait, but that's okay.

And I replaced my long lost copy of the original version of Christopher Lee's biography Tall, Dark and Gruesome (the updated version was way too rich for my blood. And I could not give a fig that Peter Jackson wrote an introduction.)

LOVE that Burberry watch. Thought about getting a similar one, but i've been finding myself wearing watches less.

Also, where did you find those adapters for the Game Cube controllers? I've seen them for $70+ everywhere now, being sold second hand.

Haven't had a chance to ride it yet, but i'm pretty excited. Can't wait to add a little color to it and get it dirty.

I bought a Logitech K360 Keyboard from Best Buy for $19.99. Though it's technically not compatible with Mac OS, I got it to work with very little effort using Logitech's Unifying Software. All the keys work as expected. The only problem (not really a problem for me) is it doesn't show in the software's main window. You can't change options, and the battery level indicator is disabled. Can't complain for $20

You can see the the K360 installed here, but doesn't show up here. It shows my old keyboard

Well howdy stranger! Haven't heard from you in a while. :)

Nice keyboard! I especially like the price.

Thanks! I wouldn't have replaced my K750, but the rechargeable battery was getting old after about 18 months. I'm going to call Logitech and see if I can get a new battery. Solar recharging is a bunch of crap. The batteries never last. I'd rather replace 2 AA's every year or so and be done with it.

Is that something Logitech would do?

Those air poppers are amazing, they make the best pop corn!! We use that and then melt butter to add to our popcorn and use movie theater salt...the best!

I have so much stuff to charge, between the ipad, the note 4, gear live watch, bluetooth adapter for truck and other random stuff, I might have to buy one for the wife and one for me, specially since I will be traveling later this month and will be gone for two months.

Me too. I may pry the cover off the battery door and see if I can ebay the type of coin battery installed. Shipping the keyboard back cost's money. More than a replacement battery I would think

In most cases they just send you a replacement. I personally use the K811, and haven't yet found a better wireless keyboard.

The K811 looks really nice but it's bluetooth which I seem to have bad luck with. Does it come with a bluetooth dongle, or does it use the built in bluetooth receiver? I ask because I own 2 Apple bluetooth keyboards and both have given me problems with intermittent disconnects and poor battery life on two different Mac Mini's

It has built-in Bluetooth and I never had any issues with it. If you're using an indentical backup on your secondary mini then it might be an issue with your profiles.

Completely different setups, Snow Leopard on my 2007 Mac Mini, and Mavericks on my 2011. The one common denominator is the distance. 12 feet from both Mac Mini's to the keyboard. The mouse never gave me a problem because I wasn't using a bluetooth mouse, just a standard Logitech wireless mouse with the dongle within a few feet via a long USB cable. So now I'm using a Logitech keyboard with no random disconnects. The only problem now is the solar rechargeable battery. This why I bought a new keyboard today that uses AA batteries.

Picked up a Galaxy Tab 4 8.0" for $135. It was apparently opened by the store to use for an event. They used it only once and afterwards was put up for sale at this price. I don't NEED another tablet but thought I'd try out a Samsung device. This is actually my first Samsung Android device. I'm actually really enjoying it so far. The hardware is very solid and has a decent weight to it. TouchWiz isn't the best, I much prefer stock Android, but some of the features are very useful though.
