Purchased an Anker Soundcore Bluetooth Speaker from Amazon for $39.99 to use with my ChromeBook and my Moto G. So far I'm very pleased. It's tiny, clean, and fairly loud with no noticeable distortion at full volume. The Bass isn't bloated like other bluetooth speakers I've heard, but it has decent definition which I prefer over quantity. The mids and highs sound decent as well. It's supposed to get 24 hours of battery life which I haven't tested yet since it was delivered today.

Thanks! I have a long way till Im at your level. Im already thinking about getting a 50mm lens for some better shots.
To be fair I have most of this because I got it second hand through work at stupid pricing.
Whenever you buy a new piece of kit, just ask yourself what is it your current kit won't do for you and what your new kit will.
Enjoy!

Bought a pair of JBL Loft 40 loudspeakers for my spare Mac Mini setup. I paid $44 for the pair with free shipping from newegg.com. They're pretty impressive especially for the price. I'm driving them with a 3.5 watt per channel tube amp. It gets fairly loud considering the limited power the amp has.

What usage will you do of these?

I use it mainly for backup, the RAID has 12x 500GB drives and has a copy of all of my other drives and important stuff on it.

The Intel Xserve is much faster - even at simple file copying. The G5 couldn't go much over 50MBps when copying over fibre channel, but this 2008 one is double the speed and the IDE drives in the array have become the bottleneck.

I also use it for easy cloning of other Mac's hard disks when selling them.

The 2nd G5 is just a spare in case the main one dies, but now that I have the Intel one I'll be getting rid of one of the G5s.
