These BUMB bags seem to be just great for these tech kits that have many cords. Looking good.

Thanks, it would be perfect if they folded in, but still better than the power strips with power cords for trips.

Yeah that would be great. I just got the adapter and it is great. Bigger than I thought it would be but still smaller than others. The surge protection, 2 USB ports and the swivel make this really an undeniably great travel companion.

I ordered this for my new Jeep since the dealer put holes in the front for their plate:

I got this to replace the cup holder mount I had in my car. The cupholders are in the center rather than in the front, but the Jeep has a charger at the bottom of the dash, so this is a better fit.. also nice not to have to give up a cup holder and to have USB charging available for longer trips:

I decided to look into a travel power "strip" that has folding prongs, and found this one from GE. Not sure it is any better than the one listed above, but I wanted to try it out.

DIY? What kind of car? I've been kicking around the idea for my wife's 06 Vue. Long have I hated the stereo in that thing.

2013 Santa Fe. I'm comfortable with installing the unit myself, but I'm nervous about installing the aftermarket backup camera and running the cable all the way up front. Despite the anxiety, I still plan to do it myself. I think I've changed or modified the radio in almost every vehicle I have owned so far.

Cool. Any chance you'll be documenting it? Maybe not on MR, but anywhere else? I'd be curious to follow.

That's not a bad idea. I may try to take some pictures as I go along so I can put it online. The guides I have seen are pretty quick and don't really show much. I did find one youtube video that does a nice job on showing how to take apart the rear hatch to get inside to install the camera and wire it inside the door.

My first Custom In-Ear-Monitor by Alclair. This isn't a recent purchase... since these are custom made to fit my ears... however, it was my last big purchase. It took 5 weeks to make. I took this picture after using them for the first time on stage. 100 times better than my previous single driver Westone UM Pro10 IEM's. Single driver IEM's just doesn't cut it on stage. These are actually pretty good for listening to music on your mobile phone... if your phone has a 3.5mm jack... LOL...:p

My next pair will by 64 Audio A8's or A12's... waiting for the annual Black Friday sale for those.
