Enjoy the ride (from another British Sportcar enthousiast with a Marcos Mantula ;))
What a unique choice. Do you have a photo to enlighten most who may be reading this? I believe this had the Rover V8 engine. Overall is it a reliable car?
In addition to many miles driven in a Marcos GT, I also had a 60's Mini Marcos available to drive. Funny little vehicle, who's owner liked it to the Ferrari Dino! Never did find out what strange weeds he was smoking. ;)

I ordered my Mantula when meeting Jem Marsh at the Belgian Historic Grand Prix 1992. It was later assembled by the Belgian distributor, and - according to the local Technical specs - has a Ford 4L engine, steering from Triumph.
No real problems for about 20-something years, but lately some parts are aging (rather than calling the car unreliable).

The car isn't waterproof, doesn't have power steering nor power breaking. It's all part of the fun for me.

2022 Ford Ranger Tremor in Cactus Grey.
View attachment 2002168

Nice truck, congrats... love the red accents of the Tremor package... and the color is nice too... love the unique look of the cactus grey... curious about vehicle inventory in the Dakotas... finding anything other than the basic black, white or silver Rangers in Arizona was difficult... and the Lariat trim is also difficult to find.

Not really a truck person. But, loving the colour; it certainly is different.
Now, can we please remove the dealer advertising on the front? :)

Love the color... and yeah, I always make the dealer remove their dealership branding - the license plate frames, cardboard license plate ads and the vinyl dealer stuff on the vehicle body. I offer to let them stay for $1k, and so far, I've never had a taker... why would I pay $30-45K for a vehicle AND advertise for the dealer?

Well normally I would remove the dealer advertising, but my dealer rocks. In this market to get a dealer to accept Ford X-plan, $1500 in rebates, and also give you $5,000 in equity on your lease turn-in which was a 2019 Ranger FX4 is really something. Yeah I’ll give them a little advertising until the tax and license is paid.

I actually ordered this on December 27, 2021. It was built in March, but took 35 days to get a train ride from Wayne, Michigan to Denver. Ranger production is a bit sporadic right now since it shares a platform and assembly line with the Bronco. Not a lot of selection on our dealer lots right now. A few Escapes and Explorers on the lot, but not much for trucks. Oh and EcoSports, but those little vehicles designed for an urban area do not sell well here.

I bought my Ranger Lariat on Dec 28, 2021! I'd been watching for a while, but could not find what I wanted... finally went to the dealer in mid-December with the intention of ordering mine when they told me they had one coming in that matched everything I wanted, except color... I wanted the Hot Pepper Red with the blackout package (black wheels, black grill, etc)... mine is the carbonized grey (dark grey) w the medium stone leather interior... the black leather is too hot in the Arizona desert...

I did not know the Ranger shared the production with the Bronco - which is one of the hottest gets in the Ford line at this point... lots of SUVs on the lots (Edge, Escape and some Explorers), and a good number of F-150s. Wife got a 2022 Edge in March.

My allergies have been awful so far this spring so I picked up an air purifier (Blueair Pure 411+ Auto) for my home office to hopefully get some relief. Seems to be helping so far and the auto speed setting feature is pretty nice and it's quiet on the low and medium speeds.

are you using the internal 3050 or are you using one of the external graphics card. Was curious about performance and your specs.

I have the i9/16GB/1TB with 3050ti. Runs games that I normally play just fine. Not really interested in paying another $1400 for the eGPU dock since I already have a desktop gaming PC. This thing however is great for travel!

ordered a new drone... I'm not sure why, but I did. Plan to use it this summer for camp.
Nervous about the lightness of the drone and winds.. anyone use the mini 2?

Found one of these brand new in box on eBay. My God the sound is incredible. Blows the HomePod away. Apple was really ahead of its time with this speaker.

I still have one of these setup in my study alongside my HomePod studio pair. Definitely doesn’t compare to the studio pair but I’ve always thought these sound fantastic. Also love having a place to display and charge the various iPods in my collection
