If you are 100% sure the card is dead, why don't you try to contact apple about it?

http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2377

That 17" MBP is a lovely piece of equipment.

Oh sorry, i was just identifiying the model. It already died and apple care replaced it I can't wait for it to die again and they better give me a 17" unibody. Hopefully it dies when core i7 MacBook Pro 17"s come out then i can get rid of my hackintosh and have a i7 setup

If you don't mind me asking, where did you get that picture in the background, did you frame it or it came like that? What about the built in lights?

is your iMac screen dmanaged or is ti fine?

Surprisingly good, I was lucky not to get a screen with the yellow hue people have been complaining about. Maybe because mine arrived on December 27th, maybe Apple is actually doing something those defective screens....

Why 4 mouses and 2 keyboards?

The wireless mouse in the back is paired with a wireless kb (off screen) they are used for my server dell poweredge 840 that's under my desk.

I have a deathadder for my i7 rig/sli rig, and the other is connected to my rocketfish external case for my macbook pro which sits under the mstand (that's what looks like the mac mini).

And the orochi shares duty between my macbook pro and my alienware m9750 that serves as my htpc and is connected to my 40inch sony bravia (off screen).

I've been trying to sale it locally for a few weeks now to fund a mac mini purchase me. I never thought of putting it under the mstand but that sounds like a cool idea so thanks!

My current setup as of late, I love large desks that I can grow into, right now it houses my 12" Powerbook G4, but within a year I hope for it to support my 27" iMac, secondary display, Printer, and a small docking station for my current Powerbook/future Macbook.

and yes I am considering cord management soon for those wires.
