Here is my setup !

Hope you guys like it ! My L shape furniture was designed by my self ! And the shelfs too !

I took the photos with my iPhone 4, so the quality is not THAT good.
Hope you like !

EDIT: Oh, almost forgot it. The spaces between my books in the first shelf, where the cables appear, used to be my mac mini spot. The new Apple TV will be sitting there soon, I hope !

This is beautiful.

Mind sending me one of those? :p

How you like the Bose Series 5's ?? I'm caught between upgrading my Logitech's to these connected to airtunes for my MacBook to stream audio & Mac Mini - or - Bose SoundDock 10's but I'm unsure if those are compatible with iPhone 4.

Simplistic yet beautiful setup.

I really do love my companion 5's there such a nice sound in such a small space with very good looks! I don't care what "audiophiles" say, I have a good ear for music and I think they sound awesome :) Also the simulated 5.1 is worth it for that alone if you like to watch movies with 5.1 surround. Instruments that you wouldn't normally notice in a track pop out because they sound like they're coming from behind you.

Yeah, I have the companion 3's and they sound wonderful. I have had them for years and still work perfectly.

I've heard the 5's and the sound is even fuller than my 3's. I'm pretty sure the 5's have 5.1 sound, if you set them up right in system preferences.

I have been thinking about upgrading myself.

the name is 'Silent Guitar' bro, not the 'Air Guitar' :D

I used to have one of those. The steel string, like yours. Never really had the need for such a travel-friendly guitar though. Ended up ditching it. :(

Love the room and the view! Feels very relaxing. :)

Dude you have a TAM!!! These are becoming VERY rare to find in good condition. I saw one smashed to bits outside a loft building last month, almost made me vexed! Please keep her warm and revved up; at least until Apple does something equally incredible and worthy of many great firsts years ahead of the competition.

The TAM has been upgraded to a 500mhz G3 and the Cube is a 1.8 G4. (not by me though!)

what are you using for a mouse pad?

Wyvern is right. SteelSeries/SteelPad QcK ... cost nothing, mine is even really old and still en perfect condition.

Great setup, great cable management. Any chance we could get a picture of how you did the cable management?

It's all thanks to the desk! It has a tray underneath at the back of the desk that the wires just fall down in to. Great desk if your trying to keep tidy!

Sorry guys, had to write that on danish, so much easier ;-)

it isn't that they sound bad at all. Audiophiles simply say that there is better to be had for the money.

If you don't mind my asking how did you go about making your furniture? I've been contemplating designing and fabricating my own desk.

Just got the new iMac 27" fully loaded (curtessy of Apple - replacement for a dead 24").

Thanks for the reply and honesty. I think I'll go with the Companion 5's.

Thanks, it's called the MICKE from Ikea.

I was fond of this one but wished the white didn't have the birch colored drawers. Would prefer white throughout.
