I really hope you're being funny. You're a much more active member than I, but it's "fliquo.". Someone even has a sig stating something like, "the screensaver is fliquo, the answer is always fliquo."

Come on. You know jessica. knows. Why reply? In addition, you spelled it wrong. It's: Fliqlo.

2008 iMac 20" with the following specs:

Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.66GHz, 4GB RAM @ 800MHz, 500GB @ 7200 RPM, ATI Radeon HD2600 @256MB

Harman/Kardon Soundsticks II
Logitech MX Revolution

Laptop - MacBook Pro 13" with the following specs:

Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.4GHz, 4GB RAM @ 1066MHz, 250GB @ 5400RPM, Nvidia Geforce 320m

As you can see the Apple keyboard is a bit broken... I think I'm gonna replace it with Logitech diNovo Mac Edition.

I also have an iPhone 4 (32GB)

I used to have a 2nd monitor connected to the iMac (Dell 2007WFP, very nice monitor), but now I have connected the iMac to my 32" Samsung (running Plex) and the cable under the iMac is a mini-toslink connected to my Logitech Z5500. Behind the iMac I have a Western Digital MyBook Studio Edition @ 1TB

Things I want for my setup right now is a new desk, Just Mobile's Alupad and their Xtand for MacBook Pro. Oh, and a new keyboard (as mentioned above)...

Next year I'm planning to buy the 2nd generation iPad and when I get a job I'll start saving for either a 27" iMac or a Mac Pro + Dell U2711 (oh well, that's the dream...)

JESSICA never jokes!:rolleyes::rolleyes:

You both know in a weird way you kinda love me. :D

That joke doesn't seem to get old.

Nope, never. :D

But really, can't wait to get my ass in gear and get a few finishing touches done on my new office and take pics.

Are you satisfied with your Beats by Dre ?

i LOVE them! they're by far the best headphones i've ever had, although the bass does seem kind of exaggerated at times but this is perfect for me as i love lots of bass. the sound leak isn't too bad unless you're playing them at full volume but because of the sound isolation you never really need to turn it up all that much.

the only thing i don't like about them is that they run on 2 AAA batteries for the sound isolation and you can't use them at all if the batteries go flat, it would have been nice if you could still use them without the sound isolating unless i just don't understand how it works.

if they're not too pricey i might have to update, although they're gonna have to have more power than the II's, there's a piddly amount of wattage in the sub.

Doesn't look like they're worth upgrading to from the SoundSticks II.

Here's Harman Kardon page for them:
HarmanKardon.com: SoundSticks III

and a couple of mentions on the web:

MacWorld.com: Harman Kardon announces SoundSticks III

SlashGear.com: Harmon Kardon Soundsticks III: minor update to design classics

cheers for the links, i know it sounds pretty fickle but i like the speakers with the black stands compared to the weird lilac colour they've got atm, makes me kind of want them :p

I wasn't the original poster, but I've got a pair of these too and love them. The sound is phenomenal, however I have a big head (apparently) and they are a little tight.

Yep. That is the subwoofer for the Harman Kardon Soundsticks. :)

AH! Thank you! Hahaha, it was kinda bugging me.. I was entranced by it hahaha. So how are you liking those? I've been researching them and trying to save up, but I've heard mixed things about them

I think you'll have to ask steezy1337 because that is his setup & he owns a set of the Harman Kardon Soundsticks II speakers. ;) I don't own a set of those speakers so unfortunately, I'm afraid I'm not in a position to give you my view of how those speakers sound.
