2010 macbook air 13
Samsung Captivate
Razer Naga Mouse
Beats by Dre (they were a gift don't judge me)
Lamp and Desk from ikea
Herman Miller Embody Chair :)cool:)

I knew i was going to use the imac mostly in bootcamp, but loved the screen, all-in-one form factor and got it recently as a refurb so it was a pretty good deal. Mouse with 17 buttons allows for a control scheme pretty similar to the magic trackpad: I can record different macros or gestures to each button.

Embody chair is a dream to sit on. Love it even though it cost as much as the computer =/. Got it covered so it's all good. I really want an ipad but I just can't justify it was all that I've gotten recently. Keep telling myself I'll just wait for ipad 3.

It sometimes feels that way as well...

It's a Henge Dock, and I would definitely recommend it. I dock and undock often, taking my computer to the couch, and to work, etc... It's a real time saver, not to mention my reclaimed desk space!

I agree! I have one too for my Macbook Pro, it simply is amazing. No more worrying about connecting cables, just dock and go :)

I've yet to post my setup as it is so modest compared to others here, so here goes nothing;

The Mac Mini is an early 2009 model, the one in my signature. The display is a 23", along with with an iSight camera that was sold as an accessory to the display. I'm using some Gateway branded Infinity speakers that are pretty good quality, they came with an upgraded sound package in a Gateway desktop I had circa 2005. Basically, I can never upgrade, as this Mini and Cinema Display are the last models made that fit my desk perfectly.
My past setups were exactly like this, albeit minus the magic mouse, and I used to have a Core Duo Mini, and before that a G4.
In case you're wondering, the thing holding the door open in the first picture is a chunk of petrified wood that was found when they were digging out the foundation to my house.

moved back from college and got settled in finally. still need to get a stupid/overpriced ADC connector for my old school monitor, but its good to be home :D

Moving back from college sucks..I decided to paint my room too. That didnt help. A month later from moving back and painting everything is in the respectful places lol.

Unfortunately for you, there isn't an ADC adaptor that will drive that beautiful silver and clear RF shielding plastic behemoth.

You could go find yourself an old Mac to power the screen and an ADC extension and then hack the VGA pins off of it to use on whatever. You could also just use said extension cord and a 28v 4a power supply + vga. Either way you'll need to also splice in USB because it is needed to configure the screen.

That, or a G4 cube :)

I would like to have this dock as well but I like to game and I worry that having my MBP closed like that with an external monitor could cause overheating issues.

2011 17-inch MBP is no longer the primary.

Picked up a 21.5 inch imac and have sitting next to my acer. Need something else to prop my monitor up higher, but I'm liking this so far.

(Click for full size - taken on an iPod Touch, fair warning!)

I don't think I ever even posted my setup. No, my iBook isn't sitting flat on the bed - it's propped up on a stand. (It fits almost absolutely perfectly, too!)

It should work when I get my MBP in a few months too - my 17 inch Satellite (which I'll get fixed sometime) fit fine, although it certainly did overflow.
