Sorry i thought it was green since mine is Lime Green,Thanks.Im actually suprised how well it sounds for being so small and such.

No need to apologize =). I'm pretty sure they have different colors. I like mine alot but since I have a iHome dock I don't really use it anymore. Decided to use it for my macbook.

I agree. I'm still pretty shocked its considered just a PC Speaker System to them rather than just a home theater system, so no complaints, especially grabbing it at $250 at the time.

I'd have no qualms using it as a dedicated 5.1 system. In a way, I already do with the PS3 (rarely use it for games).

The price on Amazon varies, I've seen it as low as £160 and as high as £350 in the last few years. Managed to get mine at £190 though :)

Ha! A fellow Brizzle person! I got mine for around the price it is now on Amazon - about £235. Very, very good value IMHO.

It pretty much depends on the type of music you listen to. But even then - the T40s seem like a good pair of speakers that also don't take up space. So if they've been serving you justice, you should be fine.

I've been through quite a few sets - most of them being Logitech - and these Swans are probably my best and final stop.

I'm kind of amused by all this talk about speakers. I didn't realize so many people cared so much. I got my speakers free from someone who was throwing them out, and I shoved them behind my monitor so they'd be out of the way :p

I've noticed many peeps still using regular mouse - interesting to see how many more Magic Trackpads & Mice we start seeing on this thread once Lion is released.

I'm also curious. I know I have no intentions to get one (and even fewer intentions to give up my MX Revolution), but it seems there may be some things in Lion that can only be accomplished via gesture. I hope I'm wrong....

Thanks for the tip, but I very rarely have everything turned on. Just did it for the picture. Most of the work is done on the Mac Pro.

In the rare occurrence that I do need to control another computer, I typically just use Mac OS 10's built in Screen Share feature. Let's me control multiple computers remotely.

Here's my set up in my tiny apartment room. I have to say that arranging even the simplest furniture in such a small room is quite a difficult task. Sadly, I've rearranged my room 3 times already over the past few months. But again, I will be rearranging my room as I realized, after bumping my leg pretty hard on the edge of my desk, placing a big table in the middle of a small room simply lacks common sense. :)

Absolutely love the Eames chair, good sir! My ideal workstation chair would probably be a toss up between that or a Herman Miller SAYL :)

A few weeks ago during the Herman Miller sale, I went to a store and tried out the SAYL, Aeron, and Embody. I have the Aeron at work, so I was looking between the SAYL and Embody. Honestly, I felt the SAYL felt a bit more comfortable, particularly on my lower back. However, I don't know how long the SAYL's mesh will last; it seems like it would stretch out over time.

Since I don't have an iMac, I don't have a true setup per se.

Here's my MBP though.

You should try the "Public" folder instead of the "Photos" folder in Dropbox.

Ahh, gotcha! I just signed into Dropbox so I figured there'd be some hiccups :p

Just put that same picture into the "Public" folder in my DB but it still comes out really big. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Should be fine, you can always add the timg code in front of the URL if it needs to be resized. The image from your former post didn't show up at all.

Some people actually use their computer for real work not just dicking around.. which is all those devices are good for.
