Heres my current setup I have someone else's Powermac that I've been working on other than that and the externals the rest is all mine specs in the sig. The other Dell monitor should be mounted but the other mount from Monoprice came broken so I have to RMA it. I will repost once I get the new mount and install it.

My current setup

My current setup:
Hackintosh
Intel Core i5-260
8GB ram
Zotac Mini-ITX H55ITX-C-E
Nvidia 250gts
Dual NEC 23" ea231wmi (attached via 2 ergotron arms)
Maudio AV40 sitting on top of some home-made touch sensitive lamps
Apple wired keyboard
Logitech G500 (though looking for a mouse about the same size that works better in OSX, the G500 is clearly not supported and no matter what apps i use to augment the acceleration/tracking, it still sucks)

Custom built desk by me (solid sheet of aspen, with red oak trim), has a built-in cable tray that also holds my UPS and 1 of my gigabit switches and a trap door to get to the tray).

Lastly an OLD herman miller aeron (cost? $150ftw!)

Oh and the other mini-itx machine at the bottom right is my ubuntu server NAS/media server/"fake xserve" with about 5TB of space.

Hoping to replace the hackintosh with a mid-2010 low-end i5 MBP

p.s. sorry for the crappy quality of my droid incredible. :/ not so hot in low light situations.

Not a high-end setup but I finally got it how I like it after a few months of tweaking and purchasing. (Sorry for the warmness--iPhone didn't like the fluorescents that much.)

Love the setup (I was looping at that Sugo case myself) but this thread is more about Apple computers and not so much about Hackintoshes. There should be a thread in this forum catered to those, so feel free to repost it there.

This also reminds me that I need to post my Mac Pro... But it's not finished.

I updated my desk a bit (I reorganized a lot of it). It is very simple compared to all of these other desks I see here, but I enjoy the simplicity :)

Where did you get that black mat on which you have your keyboard and mouse?

Thanks.

Ash, my local Staples (office supply mega store) had it, i don't recall what it was really for, it is a hard surface on the top and foam on the bottom. probably for writing on. anyway, i thought it'd be wide enough for my mouse, but it wasn't, i kept it anyway. :D

Got a new desk by Heckler Design. In a perfect world I'd want a monitor with my MacBook Air, I might purchase one of the Dells in a few weeks/months!

It's a 11.6" MacBook Air i5 with 128GB SSD + 4GB of DDR3 Memory, a 64GB Verizon iPad 2 and a 64GB White iPhone 4S

No probs,

Yeah, it's the 2011 i5 11" MacBook Air with 128GB SSD + 4GB DDR3. That's a 64GB Verizon iPad 2 in white and a 64GB Three Ireland iPhone 4S in white on contract.

Use it mostly for video editing and gaming. These days I'm mostly playing Battlefield 3.

iMac 27" 2.93ghz i7, 8gb ram, ATI 5850 1gb, Win7 32bit for gaming.

Speakers: KRK Rokit 8's, subwoofer KRK RP10s
Accessories: Alesis io2 soundcard, Sennheiser HD25-1 II headphones, Cyborg R.A.T 7 mouse, Logitech 3D Extreme Pro joystick.
Other: 1960s Knoll Pollock Executive chair (at the desk), reproduction Eames Lounge chair (on the left). Desk is just a standard 80s style business desk.

Not so much on the setup, love the speakers btw, but what did you use to take the photo's? Love the "feel" they have, very retro.

Is that stand your Pro is on capable of taking a 17"? Or do they make one...I'd appreciate the name of it....It's just what I'm after.
I'm not sure, actually. It's an iCurve from Griffin and they've discontinued it. They make an Elevator but it looks sketchy. Take a look at the Rain mStand. I'm looking at getting one of those and I think they support 17" Pros.

I got the wide angle lens out and got a pic of the front of my living room. I have a mac mini hooked up to the TV and a MBP on the table by the chair.

Do you happen to use a Logitech harmony remote with your mac mini by any chance? Great setup BTW.
