Nice set up, but why does it matter that you are 16? I do not see any other posters posting their age..

Those LEDS are super bright.

I've seen plenty mention their age. And yeah, they're the Halo Bias Lights, love em!

Its not the point. It's like hey, I'm 16, I have an 27" iMac with Adobe Master Collection which costs like all iMac. Pretends that he bought it, but not, his mom gave money to him. lol

Nice desk more details please? store bought or built? I want something like this.

I took an old steel case desk and put some black "faux leather" vinyl on the top piece. I figured since I don't write on it (without a notepad, etc) ever it was worth it and I really REALLY like the minimalist feel.

The entire top came off, so I just duck taped the vinyl on it and stretched it nicely.

Cost me about $35 total, $25 for the desk off craigs list, $12 for the vinyl I think :) Plus lots of time swearing and cursing taking the stupid thing apart to get it upstairs twice... hah.

are those silver beats? I was totally going to get a pair but ended up spending the $$ on a new camera instead.

Yeah those are the silver Studios. They match the Macbook Pro perfectly plus they don't look as cheap because they have a brushed look to them. Oh and no one at my school has them in the colour so I love em haha. But definitely wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't reduced for boxing day :p

Had to move my computer out of the living room as my granddaughters were putting, playing cards and cookies, the eating kind into my computer.

Quick set in one of the spare bedrooms. :)

Is that your everyday setup?

Yes, i usually use it to make models and edit video, so lying down isnt really a problem. I had it on my desk (see attached) but the Studio display (17" long) fell off, while i was using it luckily!!!!
