Oh yeah, 4 inches just means, 4 inches more of movie space, 4 inches more of screen real estate, 4 inches more of aluminum on your desk, and so on
No it doesn't.

Yes.Am I disturbing you or something?
The Alu iMac is really growing on me now, the white one, to me, looks far less professional nowadays.[Pictures]
Just got my iMac about a week and a half ago, loving it so far! The only 'problem' is one that I just noticed a few hours ago - it looks like my keyboard is bent from where the number pad starts up to the right end of the keyboard. Are all keyboards like this? Or should it be completely flat from left to right?
@Cleanup
I really love it when people post pictures like this. This is the ultimate for realism for setups. And for some reason, the little bit of blanket covering up the Macbook makes it look awesome. Now you just need to retake it with a DSLR and give it a real short depth of field, then sell it as porn!
My keyboard is like that, and my friends imac wasnt like that though. But after a while, a bent appeared, so you could run a CD along the edge, and towards the middle, it would just slide in under, so dont worry. As long as it still works, just ignore itJust got my iMac about a week and a half ago, loving it so far! I couldn't get any decent pics of it, best I could do:
...anyway, back to my setup:

On the topic of the Alu KB, Im getting an external monitor delivered later in the week and will be using one, so about the 3 months after they've been out, how are they holding up and what are they like to use after this period of time?
Thanks
Yeah the keyboard, sorry. And good to hear. Hows the build quality on them?

What kind of desk/desks do you have there? I am in the market for a large workspace, and haven't really found anything that suits me.
Why can't I stop commenting? That is an awesome setp, is that 2 23's? we are going to get a setup like that.
2x 30's
What computer are you running the display off of, a mini or a pro, or are you running it off of a laptop?my room ..finally got the wireless mighty mouse and the old wireless keyboard..didnt get the new version cause i already have a macbook and its basically the same thing..only thng that isnt in this pic is my iphone
It's about 4 years old so I don't have a link/model number, but I do know that it's from Staples, lol. Although I wouldn't recommend it if you have an iMac as the desk itself is very shallow. What kind of desk/desks do you have there? Sturdy, then yet again, they are bent around the number pad, not sure if its an illusion, but very sturdy, no keys have jumped off at me, they are a little lower than the macbook's, like the on the macbook, the keys are higher, on the keyboard, a little lower, but you won't notice the difference unless you go from macbook, to keyboard and back and forth.
So everyone is posting and i just felt like posting my setup again. There are a few changes since the last picture. New PSP and Mouse oh and iPhone
Sorry it's kinda dark but thats from actual low lighting in the room and i didn't feel like using flash. There's also the fact that my camera is REALLY crap eitherway.
I was cleaning through my closet today, and found something I had totally forgotten about...
My Apple IIc!
The monitor is still in my closet somewhere, gonna have to fire it up one of these days and post the entire setup!.
