Here is my current setup, 27" 5k iMac, used mainly just for Logic Pro X, mixing and music production.

Gone full minimal laptop setup - 2015 rMBP (apart from a 2009 Mac mini powering a 55" TV, pictured at the edge of photo). Built a new desk from scratch and got a second-hand kneeling chair.

My turn lol

LG 27UD88 & 27UK850 through a Caldigit TS3 Plus

Maxed out 2017 15" MacBook Pro (can't see it- it's off screen).. I love this setup .. 2nd 2012 Retina MacBook Pro (under one of the monitors) connected via TB3 for encoding video projects while I work.

Also a 3 inch thick solid pine board top with an autonomous motorized standing desk to round it out.

For many years, I've just had cheap desks and even cheaper chairs. Never gave much thought to ergonomics, lighting, and aesthetics.
I have finally got around to making some positive enhancements to my work space.

New desk - at the right height and width.
New chair - with all the adjustments for a proper seating position.
New lighting - no more of the too bright lamps, or no light at all other than the screen. Got some LED light on the back of the desk and a new variable light LED lamp.

The iMac 27" is a Late 2012 with 32GB and a 1 TB SSD. iPad Pro.. and the photos were taken with the iPhone X.

Using an iPhone for photography? Shame on you!

Nice clean set up. My iMac is a similar age and I'm thinking it needs replacing soon. I have a duel monitor set up and would love my monitors to match.

Ha, for shame ! I just had the iPhone handy. I could have gone and set up a nice shot for the Oly, but I'll do that later.
My 2012 iMac is going just fine, but I know I'll have to replace it in the next year or two. Wouldn't mind a dual monitor setup either.

I've just been doing some LR masks and the lag is not helping my lack of skill!

Where did you get the lamp and desk? I'm looking for those things myself. Nice setup.

Better angle of my earlier post. I love monitor arms ..

Side note, this keyboard issue is apparent on my MacBook Pro (it's almost always closed in the Bookarc as shown in the pic... apparently my I key is being wonky).
