I love the granite keycap set. I really wish someone would make a set for alps switches. :(

What board is that? Floating keys...gateron switches...I can't place it.
It's a Varmilo Bluetooth with Gateron Browns that I bought from Massdrop.

How are you liking that Dell monitor? I've been thinking about making that purchase.

I like it a lot. Comes with cables too. I love the fact that the bezels are almost nonexistent. The adjustable height is awesome. I raise it when watching Netflix from my bed. I called Dell. They price matched Amazon. I almost backed out due to price. The guy took my #, spoke to his manager and called me back. It was $415 after taxes. My wife wanted to keep the price under $400. So he knocked off more money. Total was $350 shipped w/ 2-day FEDEX.

I haven't posted for a long while. This is my current home office set up. MB Pro Retina 13' (Mid 2014), 256GB SSD 8GB RAM hooked up to a Thunderbolt Display. I also use a current model 13" MB Air on my second desk from time to time. I love this set up for portability. I live on the east coast but am Creative Director for a San Francisco Area skin care brand so I often have to unplug and hit the road.

And how it normally looks in full swing.

I just did a major overhaul to the office, consolidated, and redesigned the entire space. The before image is attached. I was using two Hamlyn desk in an L shape. The entire space was cluttered, and not really usable. I got rid of gear I simply wasn't using (said a sad goodbye to a Cintiq 22HD), and tried to minimize the abundance of "stuff" down to the essentials. A Mac Pro (Hex/D700's) powers the two large 32" BenQ monitors, and the PC under the desk is running to the middle monitor, which can be switched easily using a dongle that runs under the desk. Dongle is a funny word. The MacBook Pro (powering the monitors in this shot) is almost exclusively used for writing code and is currently my main workhorse. For any guitar enthusiasts out there, hanging on the wall is a PRS S2 Custom 24, an American Custom 24, a Schecter C1 Hellraiser, and a Schecter Stiletto Studio 5 (out of frame). These run into an Axe FX Ultra housed in a custom molex case with rack mount gear, and into an Apogee Duet 2.

Edit: Warning, do not click for full size images. I am a jackass, and didn't resize them before posting. Apologies!

Out of curiosity, how do you keep that Logitech subwoofer still when you play music? I had the same speaker system and whenever the bass hit during a song it would vibrate against the wood and move across my desk.

Well, for starters I actually play all of my music through the Bose speaker since it provides way, way better sound than the Logitech set. The latter is used almost exclusively for playing games on the XBOX, but even when playing music it does not vibrate/move at all.

Odd that yours did, maybe it has something to do with the kind of wood or the type of music you listen to?
