Yikes, how does the iBook handle your RAW files? Can it even handle your RAW files? I have a 12" 1.33Ghz G4 iBook too and although I've never tried I'm sure it would cry itself a puddle of tears trying to load multiple RAW images from my 5D.
 
Ordered my Macbook PRO 15.4" 2.2GHZ This morning, expected delivery 18th-22nd January :) Will put up pictures of it when I get it.

it uploads them fine. kills my hard drive space quick tho thats why i got a 250gb external. but as soon as i try to work in lightroom, then it starts to cry. lol

Will be atleast 6 more months before they release a new update... and the current one will be fully functional for a long time, its an amazing laptop. :) I think you should order it. :)
 
kristiano, how do you like the classic? how is the scroll wheel sensitivity?

i am also waiting for those MBA setups.

i wonder, is this going to be one of those things like leopard where when the preorder time ends the people that just ordered it get it before the people that ordered it the two weeks before?
 
I still need to clean up a bit (organize)

I know that's not my photo, but I do have an iPod Classic. The iPod looks great, but does not seem to be as durable as the past models. I got one for Christmas and two weeks later it already had a (small) dent in it. Scroll wheel seems also to be less responsive than earlier iPods. Hope I helped.:apple:

just making sure mine wasnt the only one.
it seems this is a problem with all of them then?

lets just hope a future update fixes loading times/scroll wheel sensitivity

I doubt Apple would leave the MBP un-updated for 12 months. Its already almost 6 months old
 
Well i have been waiting a while to post my set up. Finally got the new Mac Pro 8 core, and i love it. Now i need a bigger desk. Looking for a L shape desk.

A local (Singaporean) MUG sent it to me a few years back. I've gotten a few requests to scan it but my scanner ain't working :s

Not as good as I'm used to (I used a Mini, Gen 1 Nano, Gen 2 Nano, Photo and Video before this) but it's not too terrible.
 
Yay for people who give me stuff! 128k, 512k, 512k with internal hard drive, IIcx, Quadra 950 with 256MB RAM, PM8100, NIB Apple Extended Keyboard!
