Ok, I have been a lurker here for quite a while now, but I have to come out of hiding to address this one. I JUST found an obscure thread on the apple forums about this problem, and I fixed it EASILY! Just get a clean sheet of printer paper, flip your mouse over, and (applying pressure) "roll" the scroll wheel around on the paper. This fixed my problem instantly and now I'm using the mouse again for the first time in months. I wouldn't use the mouse for photoshop, which sometimes feels like my job instead of the actual photography part, but it's still a great mouse! Good Luck.

- SR black macbook (2.2/2/160, replacing a core duo white macbook), and
- Old-style apple BT keyboard
- Desk
Same as before:
- soundsticks (v.1)
- 320GB quad interface seagate freeagent pro
- logitech MX518
- iphone 8GB
Not pictured:
- ipod nano 4GB, white
- ipod shuffle 1GB, silver

The next thing I will get is a wireless keyboard and wireless mouse. Not sure about the wireless Mighty Mouse because I'm not a huge fan of the wired one so I might look for some Logitech. I'll see!
I can't find the mac in that picture yet, unless I missed it by miles!

I rearranged a little bit and went for a cleaner more minimalistic look.
The Xbox 360 fit perfectly under my laptop stand, I mean perfect. I don't think there is even a milimeter to spare on each side. It might get pretty hot under there though, so I might have to watch out for that.
