Looks like a nice setup!

One of my peevs though. No need to shout out how old you are and that you paid for everything yourself. It's mostly irrelivant and I realize that a lot of kids "pay for it themselves" when the money was given to them by their parents in the form of allowances and or birthday money aculmulated. If you worked hard for your money by going to school and working an afterschool job, then yea. You paid for it by yourself.

But it doesn't really matter. If you have a nice setup, you got a nice setup! :D

:p Sorry about that! Shoveling driveways, mowing lawns, farm work, odd jobs, selling things, and I'll admit some Christmas and Birthday money accumulated over about 3 years! :D

I need to make my setup look more beautiful

Thinking about this.

What do you guys think? What color? :)

I have that desk system. (Series C, Hansen Cherry/Galaxy Graphite). The components I have were around $1200 from Office Depot. Staples offers the other colors but they have longer lead times on some of the finishes.

For what it is (a cheap desk--more than the really cheap garbage, but it's still cheapish furniture), it's very good. The desk surfaces are very hard and stand up to abuse.

Look at my prior posts to see pictures of my set-up (pages 1 and 2 of this thread I think).

My previous desk was a $5000 system that I bought from a law firm going under--it was solid wood instead of particle board. I moved 3,000 miles via FedEx and didn't want to deal with shipping the desk. I am very happy with the Series C.

BTW: I have the 72" credenza, the 72" right corner module, the 72" bow front, some of the pedestal drawers, and a 36" return. You can just buy the pieces you want and they go together nicely. They are packaged very well so that they don't arrive with scratches or dings.

Hope this helps.

I took this HDR image a few months ago after I completed my workstation. Only thing different is my iPhone is now a 16gb 3g.

Here is mine. I'm actually changing the room a bit over the next couple of weeks. I'm going to be building a sound booth where the plotter is. When I'm done, I'll post more pictures. By the way, second, first LCD on the left, I am watching the Olympic at that is beach volleyball. I have the Elgato Hybrid.

I will have to fix my pics. I'll post them later today.

Your images aren't showing, and it appears that you may have messed up on the code with all of the URL stuff.

I had that exact desk for a long time. Different one now though. :)

Yeah, the desk is falling apart in places. It still stands though. I've had it for 5 1/2 years. Oh Walmart desks. That's pretty much the only thing I have left to update, but it can wait for now.

upgrade.....
ram to 4 gigs
griffin elevator stand
bluetooth aluminum mac keyboard
and re-aranged desk set up
I bought the elevator specifically for my dorm, giving that i will be moving soon. I read that this set up( elevator and wireless KB) creates loads of working space so i took the advice. Here is my home set up......

It creates working space by allowing the MacBook to sit further away from you but I found that a 13" screen isn't meant for desktop viewing. I ended up getting an external monitor, it was so uncomfortable.

How did you shift the dock to the right on the MBP?? And also, what is that time stamp dark bar across the screen?
