Well, some new stuff, time to re-post. Core components are the same, MacBook and AOC 22" display and iPhone. Added new iPod classic and a pair of M-Audio studio monitors, they're awesome. I know I can take much better pics, but Im lazy and the Auto option on the D40 goes along with my laziness. And yes, my side table is an old speaker :p

Here's what I've got right now. A single quad 2.8 GHz Mac Pro w/ 4 GB of RAM and 1 TB of disk space hooked up to a 23" ACD, my 16 GB white iPhone 3G is sitting it its dock, then my 1.5 GHz 12" PowerBook with 1.25 GB of RAM and 250 GB of disk space. The non-Apple products consist of a generic HP printer, some inexpensive Altec Lansing speakers, my lamp, a Jackson Pollock mousepad, my Canon HV20, my magic internet box is behind the Mac Pro, and of course my desk (I don't know where it's from). (not pictured is my UPS under the desk, but who want's to see that anyway?)

Okay, I finally got some time to take a pic of my new dorm setup!

I was *REALLY* hoping to get a new iMac before school started, because it gets really annoying unplugging my laptop everyday for classes, just to re-plug-in the cables every time I sit at my desk. Too bad I just couldn't save up the funds :( I'm hoping to get a new Mac early next semester, after working through Christmas break and my birthday in January. Wish me luck!

However, I did manage to replace the 19" Gateway LCD that broke on me earlier this summer with a new Dell 24" widescreen. I'm absolutely LOVING the screen real estate!

Anyhoo; here's the pic:

- 2Ghz 1st Gen CoreDuo Macbook with 2GBs of RAM and a 160GB HDD
- Dell 24" E248WFP widescreen display
- 500GB Fantom Drive external
- Bamboo FUN tablet
- Logitech WAVE keyboard and G9 mouse
- 8GB 1st Gen iPhone

And, if anyone could, can someone tell me how tall, in inches, the 24" iMac is from top to bottom? I'm curious to see if it will fit under my shelves...

How does your macbook handle that?
I'm about to get a similair spec'd macbook as yours, and I was afraid it might get to hot with that much screen to power.

My MacBook 2,16GHz (Therefore the GMA950) is hooked up to my UltraSharp 2408WFP, and isn't more hot then without, actually! And if it'd get hotter, I'd cool it down with the application CoolBook!

is called Fliquo. no offence but that same question has been asked many, many times and a single forum search would have answered your question.

Amen. If I hear that question one more time.. I'm going to go INSANE on him/her who speaks it.

Are you running OS X Server? (The blue wallpaper is from OS X Server)

Where'd you get that desk and how much? I've been looking for a simplistic wooden desk like that for some time.
I've bought it here in Holland for about 160 euros from a local table and chair shop. It's just a cheap dinner table (heck, it's not even real wood ;)).
