lol i was just gonna post bose is the bad about them....but then i realized a couple post im using bose interaudios lol. i have an excuse...they were free

So are they not good? If you could really point me in the right direction of good speakers. I don't want $100 on bad speakers. So really if you have advice that would be great.

Its an opinion thing really man. Audiophiles hate on bose all the time. Im a musician and music freak but im far from an audiophile.

If you want quality audio, spend your money on a decent set of headphones.

If you really want small, compact speakers that put out good sound, the Swan M10s seem to get good reviews.

My current setup, until the MBP goes to Apple for repairs
Keeps overheating causing issues.

I use the two Cisco IP Phones for application development. Hopefully soon the Xbox will be replaced with an AppleTV and the iPod Touch will be joined by an iPhone 3G.

This is very similar to what I'm trying to get setup. Yours looks far nicer and clean though!

my powerbook drank down 1/2 litre of coke and just got faster

Thanks dude, I do like it. Its just a temporary setup though, Im saving up for a mac pro (Im studying music so I need a real workhorse for the studio )

My friend has that display. It's quite nice! Make sure you dismantle the stand and take the pivot pin out so you can enable the pivot mechanism. Browsing websites on a vertical 24" screen is pretty cool.
