You are not bragging, and there is no need for bragging with this 80ies style carpet floor and the puke colored wall. You have nice computers though.

Apart from that, some photography skills make the macbook on the ikea desk in the first post on this page look really interesting.

Not sure why you're bragging, I have all of that and more, I just decided not to squeeze it all together on a desk. There isn't anything in your setup a lot of us don't have, and there's plenty of people, myself included who have much more. In fact my Mac Pro would run circles around your "powerhouse". Maybe you should be a tad more humble when coming in here.

Wow. That is a fantastic setup. :) I wish I have the money to buy all those things. :(

I think whether a setup is nice or not is all subjective & it also depends on how much stuff one can afford to buy. No offense but I think you also need to understand that not everyone can afford what you can afford to buy. A good example will be me. I can't afford most things. :( That's why you'll never find a post of my setup. My setup just plain s***s. I hate to admit it but that's the truth. :eek: Yeah, I know. It basically s***s to be me. :( Thanks for reminding me that & I really appreciate it. :)

Once again, I honestly think you have a great setup. :)

Hi, I seriously apologize if I offended anyone. Most of the posts i have seen are just plane jane desks, etc. I was just hoping to see some really nice setups that's all. I did not intend to insult, or may anyone feel inferior. I know that there are much better setups out there. So once again, i apologize. Thanks

I'll post a picture of my set up later, it's pretty sweet.
It's basically me sitting in bed propped up by a couple of pillows with my MacBook on my lap. I'm running off the battery so cable management isn't a problem right now. My headphones are plugged in, but I like the way the black cable matches the black screen surround on my laptop so I'm not too bothered about that cable.

Not only is my setup sleek, uncluttered and clean - it also features no plain jane desks! And there's only one wire involved.

You a video editor as profession? with the raids and the program running in the pic, figured id ask. I'm looking to get into that next year.

Yes, i do film mostly, but i also dabble in After Effects a little (http://tinyurl.com/ng9l6z) as well as websites and advertising. I'm 23 and fresh out of college so I do whatever I can to pay bills...

It's a fantastic profession and VERY challenging. There are so so many talented people that it's hard to separate yourself above the rest. It's a lifestyle choice as well as a career choice. I say that because expect 12-14hr work days to be normal, but i work from home so it's a fair trade.

Updated my work office setup. It was my two year anniversary so my boss got me a new computer :).

Dual 2.26 Quad Core Xeon Nehalem Mac Pro w/ 12GB RAM & 2TB Hard Drive Space
3 24" Dell G2410 Monitors (1920x1080 times 3)
Bose Companion 2 Speakers
Logitech Quickcam Pro

Not pictured is a 15" Unibody Macbook Pro and Bose Quiet Comfort 3 headphones.
