i'm just sayin', i love this forum, and i especially liked this thread because it's interesting (your setup especially), but it gets annoying when a page is 4 miles long because everyone quotes a post with 4 pictures and adds "nice" to the end, and doesn't cut out the pics. especially when trying to find someone's post and scrolling with a stupid mighty mouse 4 millimeter diameter scroll ball.
Thanks I did contemplate it, but I thought it might seem a bit weird having it so far from me :/ I've had it in front of me for such a long time (+1 year) and I love it to death having the music so close to me Feels like a concert all the time

They're ok. Not a lot of bass, but they were only $28 from the refurbished section of HarmanAudio.com. I'm replacing them with a pair of JBL Creatures becuase they lack bass and at higher volume they tend to sound staticy.

It varies though, since there are many colors and and types of legs (A or T)
Also, the beech color is going to become discontinued for a lighter beech color it seems. I don't know if I got the new or old model ... It seems pretty warm though

Dang, more cool old stuff. I would really like to refinish an old piece like that, add a powerstrip, speakers, lighting, etc. All as cleanly as possible to get that cool old yet new look.
To bad I'm so tall (6'4'') that I can't fit my legs under any of the desks I liked...
I've almost given up on the idea. I'm oficially jealous.

and for those wondering - yes that is the powerbook doing its "i don't want to go past this damn login window starting phase" thing. <sigh> but hey, the problem inspired me to finally get an iMac
there it is, it even has that new smell; i love it!

I love it iBlue. I really love the artwork though. I wish I was artistic. I'd love to be able to paint like that.
Does the new iMac mean you've been able to reinstall the OS on your PowerBook too? Is that all up and running again?
