That is one sick setup, love those speakers. BTW is the nano box a good mouse pad :p

Thanks. I love the speakers too, I'd recommend them to anyone. It's actually the manual/restore CD box that comes with the tower, but yeah, it works alright ;)

Same here. I still have my ipod boxes, and my eMacs box is in the shed somewhere....

I did too, until a couple of days ago where I got sick of the amount of space it took in my cupboard so I threw it in the bin. It was tough at the time :( But I got over it in the next couple of minutes :p

Is that 'To Kill a Mockingbird'?

Few already noticed it was and answered, but yeah, it is. :p To Kill a Mockingbird and The Diary of Anne Frank....what a great combo. Not! I don't really MIND reading, but these books kill me. I would rather read something more exciting...like MacRumors. :eek:

Thanks to the comments on my desk, haha. Surprisingly, it's still clean. It usually only stays that way for a few days.

Here's my trusty setup;

Computer;
Dual 2.7 G5
2.5GB RAM (512MB x 4, 256MB x 2)
500GB (250GB x 2 RAID 0)
GeForce 6800 Ultra

I'm a big geek.

Are you using a box as a mousepad?

I keep all of my tech boxes. I will throw some of them away soon but not for now. Here's my list:

iBook G4 Box
Sony DRX-710UL DVD Burner Box
iHome Box
Palm Tungsten T2 Box
Microsoft Office 2004 Box
Logitech Wireless Desktop LX700 Box
Apple Wireless Keyboard Box
Logitech MX1000 Box
iCurve Box
iPod 3G Box

There's probably more. We should start a "Post All Your Tech Product Boxes" thread. :p
And to rickvanr, I love your set up.

Picked up a new mouse & pad for my Mac:

The mouse itself is fantastic, but it really let down by the software. :( I have a full review here.

1.67 GHz PowerPC G4
2 GB RAM
128mb Radeon 9700
100 DPI 17" Screen (before Apple decided our eyesight doesn't matter...)

RAID 0 doesn't sound very trusty to me. How often do you back up?

My printer looks the same (1010) and the keyboard too (recent apple usb). Btw, do you know if the keyboard hub supports USB 2.0?

I don't like the phone. Take a look at Bang & Olufsens phones ;-) Besides that, very nice setup.

RAID 0 is as trusty as having one drive. It works good for me. I don't have a very stringent backup routine, but all of my applications are on CD or DVD. I try to put all my videos on DVD too, and I'll hopefully be backing up my music on a new iPod in the near future.

As for the phone, my cordless died, and the GE was $20 with CID. I may look for a phone with a more Apple look. The BeoCon 1 is sharp, but probably costs a fortune.
