they make us think that we are kids> we are, i know about $$$ and that it does run out, i can't say for sure about the others but i think they know the value of a dollar as well. Perhaps the comment about kids have better set ups the 20 years old was out of place but you can judge all teens from one comment.


Also the people who have "worse " set ups might be smart enought to see that they don't need a PowerMac for internat and eMail

I know that i will buy my son a nice computer when he is older for his school work. I don't see a problem with that.

I'm about to unsubscribe to this thread because I'm tired of my inbox being filled with the crap about "you're too young to have a nice computer" (yes, that's basically what you're saying) GET BACK TO POSTING YOUR SETUPS, right now you're all trolls for taking this topic off topic.

I'm now trying out my GateWay LCD with my iMac, just to see if it worth use(it was on my 7200 but i don't reallu use that Mac)

I think that whole 2 screen thing works out great! The iMacs without iSight look cleaner than the new ones (in my opinion). I like your setup.

Nice setup! I spot the AirClick USB, what do you think of it? Can the functions of it be programmed for specific functionality such as controlling front row on my powermac?

It can be hack to control other Apps, that said i have no idea but i do know were to kind a "hack" app to use it with FrontRow, and other new apps

Griffin released an app called Proxi that you can use to configure the buttons on the AirClick any way you want, as well. It uses files called "Blueprints" that can be collections of custom controls developed for all sorts of apps and system functions. I haven't checked to see if someone has released a Front Row blueprint though.

sorry about such a delay...yes it is...17" 1.83 Intel Core Duo

and Tymmz...lol yes I did go from a Dell to Mac...could NOT be HAPPIER. I actually have a 5.1 surround sound system also, that I have yet to hook up.
