I *do* have an actual office, but I rarely use it. I'm out in the living room most of the time. In the picture you can see my Powerbook (1.25 ghz, 1gb RAM, 80gb hard drive, APX), plus my television and all my stereo equipment. If you look really really carefully, in the glass case below the television, towards the middle-left, there's a white rectangular block. That's an Airport Express connected to my stereo. Listening to some Elvis Costello wirelessly while making this post :)

Well, I *would* post in here, but I don't have any decent photos of my old setup, and my current setup is only 2 days old so I don't have any photos of it whatsoever :(

Here is my new setup. We just moved in and I got this new desk from my friends furniture store, much better than my old one which I know I've posted on here before but can not find pictures of. The iMac is also new since my last setup.

Like I said I can't find pics of my old setup, but oddly enough when I bought my new 20" iMac I sold my original 15" one to my best friend (who also owns the store I got the desk from) and we now share a house together. So here is my old iMac and his current setup, though we've ordered an airport card for it so he will soon be without the ****ty dsl modem and cables.

Nice indeed!

First Mac.. first Mac setup. In the summer, this is where I use it 70% of the time, 20% is at my desk (if I'm editing) and the other 10% is split between the bathroom and dining room.

Only to be changed the day I move in my dorm room.

The day I move in, the setup will be significantly different with a different desk (I hate mine now), and an aluminum 23" Cinema HD display. :D

that doesn't look like a mac. did u mod one, or build your own out of spare parts?

It looks to me like one is a PC in a Lian Li case, similar to the one in my photo, and then he has the Powerbook there on the desk. If that is indeed a mac that is an impressive mod :)

Looks like a modded Mac. If you look at the monitor there is a Dock meaning that it is not connected to the Powerbook (at least I thought you couldn't put a Dock on a second monitor).

Also, I will get some pics up within a few days...gotta do it the old way with photos...

Mike

It looks to me like the Powerbook is just setup for dual monitors. I don't see a monitor cable going into the mid tower case. We will have to wait and see.

I was actually taking a pic of my new kitten at the time, but its the only pic i have - very messy and yes it is like that most of the time. Waiting for imac G5 to get new desk etc
